Your staff that work the front desk are incredible! We had to get to Costco before 4:00 pm and they were kind enough to help us get an Uber. In addition, they also called Costco hearing aid department to let them know we were on our way as the time was already 3:30 pm. We made out with 15 minutes to spare thanks to the wonderful ladies that helped us.

Proximity to the airport was good.
The bathroom in my room needs to be gutted and remodeled. It had the weirdest tub that was half hidden behind a wall, so it was like a cave. The shower door was corroded and the caulking was falling out. Corners of the floor were dirty. There was shampoo but no conditioner. There were shears but no room darkening curtains so the light from the train shone in the window.
There was no convenience shop in the hotel to get snacks and drinks. Overall, the amenities were almost non-existent. I would not stay here again.
