The layout and size of the room was exceptional.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The bed was quite comfortable.
The breakfast options were very good and the food was favorful. The staff was wonderful in keeping the breakfast area clean throughout the breakfast time.
The cost of overnight parking seemed a little bit expensive.

The staff was awesome❤️❤️❤️ We had so much fun interacting with everyone, especially Lily , the manager was fantastic…Allen our transportation person was super awesome!!!!! We loved everyone!!

The staff was amazingly helpful, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. All questions were answered confidently. The shuttle to the airport quick, safe and pleasant. There was one glitch at when we arrived but it was Booking.com's error, not Resident's Inn.
Everything was perfect with the hotel. However, when we arrived, they couldn't find my reservation. I had to pull up my communications from both the hotel and Booking.com. When Booking made the reservation, they entered the reservation as my name (First, Last) rather than (Last, First).

We aren't informed that we needed to call for a shuttle. I waited 40 minutes for mine
