The front desk was very helpful in correcting the reservation error made by booking the wrong date. They were able to correct it.

We had an early flight. The staff got us a breakfast the night before so we can take it to the airport. The free shuttle was also a great surprise to the airport
While the majority of the staff was amazing, the girl that checked us in forgot to put our name down for the shuttle. I checked later. I asked for an extra towel and soap and each time she said “No” in an unprofessional jocular manner.l, which should not happen in a hotel

Room located by road. Very noisy and hard to sleep.

The staff were wonderful
VERY LOUD PARTY happening in the basement and we were on the 1st floor right above. We could not sleep and were exhausted. The music thumping all night through the bed- there was no escape.
