Free shuttle from airport to hotel, but also walking distance should one choose to do that. Hotel was modern and clean. Room was comfortable with good WIFI. Included breakfast in the morning.

Unfortunately, our first impression of the hotel was not very welcoming. When we checked in, the young woman at the front desk seemed very grumpy and uninterested. She was chewing while speaking to us, gave very short and uninterested answers to our questions, and generally made the whole check-in process feel quite uncomfortable.
Instead of feeling welcomed after arriving, we immediately had the feeling of, “Where have we ended up?” This was disappointing, especially because the reception staff are the first impression you get of a hotel.
The rest of our stay may have been fine, but the attitude at check-in definitely affected our initial experience and could have been much more professional and friendly.
