Our room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time (4pm). This is very inconvenient for a family.

Check in time is 4 pm & my family had to wait 30 mins until our room was ready. Which sucks when you have been driving for 4 hours with kids & then get stuck waiting in the lobby. The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view! We had an 2 bedroom suite. It’s very spacious with washer & dryer also a full kitchen. Elevator wait can be crazy on weekends. Also wasn’t happy that the only parking option is valet which is 40 a day. If you leave anything in car you must wait for them to bring it down just to grab one item. Hotel is in a great location. Close to food, gas station & walmart

This was by far the worst experience. Terrible, terrible customer service. One day all elevator did not work. Our family had to walk 40 flights of stairs to get out of the hotel. The rest of the vacation I was in terrible pain due to these 40 flights walk. Two days later the water turned off for hours and hotel did not give us notice. We are unable to get ready for an event or even use the restroom. The lobby staff was rude and non-responsive. They rolled their eyes and turned back on customers. Everyone was frustrated. Not a single hotel employee attempted to provide a customer service experience. I refuse to pay the service charge for the hotel as no Servies were provided. There were no available lounge chairs at the pool, the towel desk people were rude and refused to give my daughter a dry towel, the pool cafe messed up an order and didn't provide a receipt. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. The staff there needs training!!!

We had good time! We got upgrade, nice view! Elevator very very busy and slow on rush hour. But for the rest, everything was perfect.

Elevators were horrible. always one or two not operation. there was a limit of 6 people in a 10 person elevator, if you went over the limit there was a risk it would break down. we waited up to 25min for an elevator to come to the 12th floor.
beach access was across the street (no issue), they never had chairs or umbrellas available. Since i brought my own beach chairs i just needed towels which at one point they would not provide to me (even though they had a bin full of towels). the reasoning they gave was unless i got chairs and an umbrella (which they didn't have available) they couldn't give me towels.

Requested a cover on numerous occasions for the 4th bed and took 3 days to get one, Front desk never answered the phone when calling down and when you went down they would write it down and never do anything thing about it. The biggest and most annoying issue with this resort is the elevator system, 15-20 minute wait for elevator if you got one at all. My family walked up and down 11 floors at least 20 times in our 6 day stay, god help an elderly person staying at this resort.

If you don’t mind laying out at the pool next to a major highway and hearing horns blow constantly and trucks going bye this is the hotel for you then. Staff wasn’t the friendliest at all. Theres no indoor dining here at the hotel, the manager told me to go to the hotel next door they share the restaurant at the double tree hotel . My room needed work, the sink was clock the oven didn’t work and also the sliding door out the the balcony was broken. The vallet parking was at nightmare as well. Very disappointed

Very old property, rugs in the room are old and smelly, check in area very small, nothing interesting. The room was stuffy when we came in. The manager was nice comped us few things, but we would never come back.

When we check in at 4 pm our room was not ready. The front desk staff stated our room is still being cleaned. We had to take our hood storage out from our suv and they had to store it . Very inconvenient and on the website did not state anything about vehicle hight. Staff stated the parking is and outside company. Also the day before a text was send about having to pay parking fees which was 35 a day and we had to pay a security deposit of 150 per night and a cleaning fee was also added which was 165 I think Because I never received a receipt. I am about to call them . By 5:30pm we came back from the grocery and was checked in . When we got to the room it was clearly wasn’t cleaned the furniture was dusty. After all we tried to enjoy our vacation . The view from our room was beautiful and the pool area was nice . The security.at the pool was not nice at all. The elevator was another annoying thing it clearly said 10 people at a time, the hotel had a lot of people that spoke different languages and I don’t think they read the signs. On many occasions it had at least 16 people on the elevator. Very scary. The beds was very comfortable. Don’t bring umbrellas or chairs they provide them across the street 1 umbrella, 2 chairs and 4 towels. When was time to check out the security could not find our storage unit, then asked me if I can carry the roof storage out , am like no I didn’t request it taken down your company did so why are you asking me to carry it out.

If you're traveling to Vegas - the Cosmopolitan is it! If you're traveling to LA - the Level DTLA is it!!! But if you're traveling to South Florida - the Hyde Beach Resort is It!

I rented the most expensive suite in the building on the 43rd floor. I showed up at 4:00pm to check and was told that the people before me had a late check out and my suite was not ready. I waited 2 1/2 hours before I could get into my suite. I was given some drink tickets for the pool bar, but was only allowed basic well drink liquor in which I don't drink. I asked for Kahlua and was denied. I was celebrating my birthday and when my guests started arriving the entire building had a water shut down, which caused the A/C to stop working in my suite. I added a picture to show how two out of four elevators were not working. The suite was very nice and clean but all the other mishaps did not make for an unforgettable birthday experience. They offered to remove ONE night of resort fee from my bill (it should have been two nights) and breakfast for ONE at the Doubletree Hotel next door. Really only ONE?! The concessions were weak and not worthy of the disappointment I experienced during my birthday stay. Needless to say I will not be back and will not recommend the property to anyone.

My family and I stayed here 3 nights and the apartment was great size and nicely updated.. the view was amazing from where we were on the 29h floor.. Very convenient location.. everything u need is right there.. Down falls werre that the floors were very dirty.. i called to get house keeping to come up and they came the next day with a rag on a pole to spot mop.. didn’t clean them at all.. i had to go buy bleach to clean the bathrooms and the microwave was broken.. We use a microwave all the time so for us that was a problem.. there are no locks on the bedroom or bathroom doors.. 2 rooms that are important to have locks.. the fire alarm went off our checkout morning and it said to evacuate the building.. 30 mins later it was announced it was a false alarm and everyone who evacuated the building could go back in using the stairs.. When we were leaving to check out the elevators were still not turned on and we had to go down 29 flights with our luggage as a family of 8.. also at checkout there are alot of hidden fees so ur bill is much higher than u expect.. the location is amazing but…

Stay was pleasant. The only issue was that the microwave wasn’t working. Place was clean and tidy.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The managers were so friendly, my kids loved saying hi to everyone and the entire staff including security took the time to say hello to them. Very clean, safe and exceptional service!

We were there for 5 nights. The property is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Both pools were gorgeous and valet is very busy but they have a system down that works.

The location was great. Overall design and layout of the building was nice. The staff was underwhelming. Very nonchalant and disconnected. You have to do research to get basic information that should already be provided like where to dispose of trash or get toiletries since they don’t do housekeeping. If you want your room cleaned they charge extra. Lots of additional fees and taxes on our final bill.

The majority of the staff smelled like pot constantly. The elevator system is stupid that you have to scan your room key, which the front desk didn’t even tell us another hotel guest did. Stood there for 10 minutes once waiting for an elevator. There was glass from
a joint in the lower level pool, and the pool on the 6th floor had trash left all around the pool that wasn't getting cleaned up as well as more glass busted over an entire section of the patio. Probably something else thrown off a balcony. They just caution taped it off instead of cleaning it up. . Our entire 3 bedroom suite had only one wash cloth and when I tried to call down to the front desk I called 3 times before someone picked up and they put me on hold. I waited 15 minutes before just hanging up and and deciding to shower without the rag. My room reservation said ocean view and what I got was a partial ocean view as my room was on the back side of the hotel. I could see more of the city . The only things I liked was the valet was prompt and they let us check in one hour early. You also had to wear a wrist band as proof that you were were a guest of the hotel to use thbut there were several people using the pool wothout them.e beach amenities and to use the pools displayomg so m
