El alojamiento es espectacular por las comodidades del apartamento, la playa y la ubicación
Muy mal, pero muy mal el check in.
Booking me cobró anticipado, pero No le hizo la transferencia al hotel, entonces no pude hacer check in. Mas de 3 horas esperando una solución, a las 10 de la noche con 2 niños. Y al final la solución que dió booking fue cancelar la reserva y me dejaron tirada a las 11 de la noche con mi familia (envian un mensaje puedes reservar en otro lugar 🥲) literal me puse a llorar, despues de 4 horas esperando una solucion.
Afortunadamente el hotel tenía disponibilidad y me ofrecieron quedarme pero tuve que pagar de nuevo y una tarifa superior.
