Dirt and dirt in corners of bed and bathroom. Minimal staff, long wait during checkin. Beds on rollers were noisy when sleeping.

The facilities and service was great but the room was under par. The shower didn’t work very well in our first room, so they kindly moved us to another room. However, the shower only worked marginally better in this room and it smelled like sewer as if the plumbing in that room hadn’t been used in a long time. Also, the housekeeping failed to take out the trash from the previous stay.

My stay was great! 4 days with my 5yr old daughter was absolutely peaceful. Keisha at the front desk greeted us with a smile. She was kind, cheerful and courteous. The hotel is what we needed, like small apt. Close to restaurants, highways and Wal-Mart walking distance. I will be returning, Everytime I visit Raleigh.

The cleaning staff does not do a good job of thoroughly cleaning each room. The laminate hardwood floors in my room were sticky and there was hair in the shower, and I had to lay towels on the couch because of the mystery stains. The common area is the most attractive thing about this hotel, but the coffee station wasn't replenished during my stay.

We were upgraded and had a 3 bedroom suite. I joked with my husband that we could each have our own bedroom. Area is convenient. Beds are comfortable. We took full advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby. Very nice for a quick stay.

When we arrived, the room I reserved was not available, they overbooked rooms in their system. I wanted a two bedroom with a balcony and I was given the very last room, a three bedroom without a balcony. After voicing my concern they refunded me 50 bucks for the inconvenience. Later that evening there was a bad onion odor coming from a closet within the room. Turns out the tank in the room was going bad and had to be flushed out. This led to the entire three bedroom space wreaking of odor. A few hours after it was fixed that evening the smell came back the next day so we were told to run the faucets for 20 minutes non stop and that fixed the problem. This was supposed to be a nice romantic carefree staycation and it was the exact opposite. Only compensated 50 bucks for all of these inconveniences was and is unacceptable.

They didn’t take out the garbage from the previous guest, we found a McDonald takeout bag in the garbage can of our room and chicken nugget crumbs on the dining table.

Staff was unprofessional... room wss unavailable until 6:30pm but i arrived at 2:30. Room was disgusting...hotel was under staffed. A nightmare.... and Orbitz was not resl help after contacting them numerous times

I got a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite. This is a very clean and comfortable place. The room (or I should say, the apartment since this has an apartment feel rather than a room feel) was very large and fully equipped for an extended stay, with full size fridge and kitchen. Having two separate bedrooms was good for my wife, who tends to wake up due to noise or lights I may be guilty of producing since I'm a late sleeper and she is an early one. Couples with this problem will enjoy this property. I have nothing negative to say about this property; everything worked perfectly. Ever since I stayed there, for subsequent trips I've been always looking to see if their 2-bedroom suites are available again but I haven't been lucky, they were sold out so I never returned, but this is definitely a place I'd gladly return to in the future if I find this accommodation available again. I rate it a 10 out of 10.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee machine in the lobby was a plus. Will definitely seek out Water Walk properties for future travel.

I was not sure what to expecr when I booked this property. The staff was very friendly. When I walked into the room I was shocked to find out that it was a small 1 bedroom apartment with stackable washer and dryer, full size kitchen appliances and an amazing bedroom amd bathroom area. I highly recommend this for a stay in the RTP, RDU Airport area near Raleigh, NC.

The property was definitely interesting. It looked to be a converted apartment complex. We would not stay again. However, the lady who checked us in was very nice and personable! Our biggest complaint was the overwhelming smell of mildew coming from the washer from the bathroom. It was AWFUL and filled the entire unit. The shower head was no more than a drip when showering and you could hear everything from the units surrounding ours. We got a complaint of noise when we were packing up to leave for the airport. I felt bad for the units around us - we were trying our best to be quiet but I’m pretty sure the walls block zero noise. There was also no way to deny cleaning services if you were not in the room. Overall, the stay was not completely awful and did the job but I would definitely not rate the property wonderful by any means and am very grateful our stay was only two days.

This was our 2nd time staying here. The first time was awesome. This time did not warrant another visit ever again. Their key card creator had issues the whole time, so our keys reset after ever use it seemed or didn’t work at all the whole time. The toilet had issues the whole time and eventually I just fixed it myself. The room had no iron just an ironing board, neither did any neighbors on our floor as we searched desperately for one. We asked the front desk for one, at first they forgot we asked for one, then they couldn’t find one. So we never got one which put my girlfriend in a bind with the event we were attending. The hotel just didn’t seem to have its act together. Very disappointing and different from the first time we stayed. I think they tried though.

This property is clean. But the staff were rude. When i complained about the noise at night. She showed no empathy. I asked for help with the coffee machine. She pretended to fix it. The filters were full and I could not have coffee. Even though, I could not sleep. The customers above my room were walking all nigh long!! Do not go there!
