The hotel was perfect! The rooms are spotless, well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the mid-century modern decor was amazing! We've traveled extensively and would rate this among the very best hotels.

It was a very comfortable stay. We were only here for one night, but it was very quiet on our floor. The front desk attendant was nice and welcoming. The gym was very spacious and offered towels and a water bottle refill machine. Our room felt very cozy and the bathroom was very clean. The water gets really hot which is always a plus! It only took us 7 minutes to reach downtown from the hotel. There are a few food/bar places to walk to. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the Starbucks in the morning. My kids are very picky and they said the location was a little weird but they loved the hotel.

The room was clean, the service very helpful and we had everything we needed. The location is odd, and the smell of the brewery had mixed reviews, especially early in the day. Parking was full as was the hotel. Great overall.

The good: Clean facilities New The bad: Alarm clock for the adjacent room went off at 5:50am and nobody was sleeping there. 12 minutes of this. Then the alarm clock of our own room was also on, at 6:30am it went off. No complimentary water, coffee, anything. On site restaurant ran out of coffee on a Sunday morning. Bottom line: Wouldn’t repeat considering the other Marriott offerings in the area that for the same price will at least offer some water and coffee.

We stayed 5 nights visiting my daughter's family for the holidays. The shower was an unusual style and needed a door in my opinion. However, I hear this is a new style in many hotels. The bed was a little soft. Property was very clean and convenient for us. Staff was helpful. We would have enjoyed a breakfast buffet over the restaurant style breakfast, but there are many restaurants nearby.

Overall very good. Location is convenient to Biltmore and Biltmore village. The only negative was the mattress was too firm for my taste.

Beautiful hotel, with all the amenities. We really enjoyed have our own personal tv while eating our meals. Food was great and service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a little issue with the tv in our room. Juan and the front desk fellow could not fix the problem so we moved to another room. I wish I remembered his name but he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. It was an amazing experience. Thank you and please thank them for us.

It is centrally located to the Biltmore Estate and it's easy to get around Asheville but be careful when booking your room. Some of the pictures don't line up with the room type. King suite has living room bed in the same room.

We enjoyed everything about our stay with a couple exceptions. Our room faced the street. The street noise was very loud in our room. My husband could also hear the person in the adjacent room snoring so the walls between rooms were thinner than we expected. Overall though it was an enjoyable experience. Very convenient and very clean and roomy.

My visit was nice although I really would appreciate it a cup of coffee earlier than 7:00 AM. Complementary coffee and a lobby would have been really nice. We had to find a place for breakfast.

This hotel is brand new and is spotless. The beds were super comfy and the staff was very friendly. We were close to a lot of things and within 10 minutes driving distance to Biltmore. The only thing I would change is I wish they had had a free or reduced price for breakfast in the restaurant. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice newer property that is well located. Stay here a lot. Very disappointed that only exercise bike was broken and one of two ellipticals. Service/staffing also seems to have slipped - waited five minutes for somebody to show up and check us in. Despite these issues, this is still an excellent hotel and I recommend it.

Comfortable bed. Two person sofa. Large TV. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Lots of outlets. Needs more storage; has only two small drawers. Perhaps a shelf below the sink or cubbies in the bedroom.

We booked a four night stay for our 35th wedding anniversary in Asheville NC. The first night was horrible due to severe back pain from a too soft mattress. I got no more than 1 hour of sleep. The next day Ravi the manager hauled two thick boards up and personally put them under my mattress and I slept like a baby the next three nights! Ravi's character, demeanor, and service was impeccable! Thank you Ravi for going over & beyond the call of duty!
