The location was perfect for proximity to restaurants, the mall and more importantly to the park and ride shuttle service for the jazz festival. The room was clean, staff were courteous and pleasant and the vegan breakfast was satisfying.

I planning a relaxing healthy vacation and that is basically what Sol Sanctum delivered. They offer yoga, pilates, and meditation classes. I attended two classes, and the instructors are very good. My only complaint is one was cancelled without notice; otherwise, I would have attended three. The classes are offered for a small fee. Every morning they offer a vegan breakfast. Most of the protein options I enjoyed, but most liked the chickpeas and plantain. The breakfast always included a fresh bowl of fruit. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance; it is nice with good restaurants and not overcrowded. Be prepared to pay $15-20 each day for a chair with umbrella. I intentionally scheduled no tours because I just wanted to relax. I also scheduled a 90 minute massage at the hotel, which was great. Go and relax!
