My wife and son stayed for three nights. The hotel was good value, the included breakfast and amenities were wonderful. The position is a bit removed from the centre of Kyoto but a great position if you want somewhere a but quieter and it's walking distance to the Inari shrine with the 10,000 gates and some good local food options like ramen etc.
Only thing that could have been better was the lighting in the room as it was too dark for us at night with everything switched on.
