Great location with ample food choices and supplies, close to Fresno Yosemite International Airport. Quiet on the fourth floor, exceptionally friendly and helpful service. Would choose to stay again, highly recommend.

We stayed in a spacious, large, one-room suite. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We were impressed with the comfort and great price. We also all enjoyed the breakfast, with lots of delicious, fresh and healthy options.

The stay was far above what I expected. The room was great and comfortable. More amenities than I expected. Breakfast was good. Overall good atmosphere. Will definitely be staying there again

Moved to this hotel from a neighboring hotel for a couple of nights because i was hoping for more comfortable beds. They were slightly better but not much. Was also surprised to come back at the end of the day and they had never come in to give new towels etc. Otherwise, the room was spacious enough for me and my 3 teen/ young adult daughters and the kitchen is a bonus!

I do always feel safe. Certain staff members are very kind and helpful. Very noisy on first floor. Room not thoroughly cleaned. Walls dirty, bathroom door dirty with tons of handprints on both sides of the door. Inside of room entry/exit door dirty with tons on handprints. Build up of dust on and around refrigerator area.

Inconvenience to get to the property because the property is between Homewood Suite and Residence Inn. Had to drive through their parking lot to Home 2 Suites .

Easy check-in, great service, convenient location. We needed a place with 3 separate beds, this hotel provided 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch, it worked perfectly for us.

The customer service was great. What wasn’t too pleasing was taking a shower and finding hair as if someone had shaved. Also getting woken up at 3am because there was a dog upstairs barking and running around was not fun at all.

The breakfast was not what we expected. The staff member Saturday morning was fairly curt with us. We had to ask for a shower curtain. We asked for extra towels and never received them. Very disappointing for the Hilton name.

I liked the expanded kitchen with full refrigerator, and the flexible housekeeping, as well as staff courtesy and location. I did not like the free breakfast shutdown at 9 am during the week.

TV didn’t work, had to switch rooms then phone didn’t work in 2nd room used cell phone to call front desk. Other than that everything was okay.

Worst customer service experience. No cart available, when asked for cart, I was told to check by myself. Breakfast was unattended. No initiative shown by staff to help guests who seemed to need help. Emptying breakfast nook by 9:30 though timing for complimentary breakfast is 6-10

Property was in good repair and the staff was friendly and professional. This has probably been the best breakfast selection I have encountered from a hotel that offers it. The only complaint was the inadequate noise insulation between floors. You can hear people walking in the room above. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The staff was just passing the day. They were removing the breakfast at 9:30 while the breakfast is till 10:00 Never refil/check the coffee and hot water in the lobby None is maintaining the pool (no towels brought after the korning drop off) You have to always wait 5-10 mins for someone to come to the reception Lots of weed allowed to be smoked in the pool and bbq area…
