We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Belmonte. The hotel is located on the 5th (top) floor, but there is an elevator. The room was comfortable, and had a strong AC that was needed on very hot days. There is a very well-stocked kitchen shared between all the units. Attached to the kitchen is a balcony that we used to eat outdoors while enjoying an excellent view of the city facing South.
The hotel is located close to Marques de Pombal, which is a transport hub where you can get on either the blue or yellow metro lines, as well as multiple buses going to the airport and in other directions. We found it very convenient to take the subway down to Baixa. It's also close enough that you could walk back. A Continente is located across the street for groceries.
We'll definitely come back the next time we're in Lisbon!

Good location for sightseeing all within walking distance. Close to lots of designer shops with various bars, restaurants dotted about. Main tourist area about 15 -20 min walk downhill, but well worth the visit with numerous bars, restaurants and shops.

We loved our stay at this adorable hotel situated on the 5th floor of the building. Close to town, it was perfectly situated for convenience and quiet. The room was so clean and the AC worked great. We would stay here again. Worth a mention to bring shampoo, conditioner and soap if you need it. The hotel offers luggage storage for those arriving early. We landed at 8 am and were unable to check in until 3 pm.

Small adequate rooms. Great price and an interesting part of the city. We loved the balcony and it was very quiet place to stay for an overnight visit. Staff was very good and answered all our questions and even recommended a good place to eat!
