Went to a Pat Tillman run event at the ASU football stadium. This location is perfect because it’s right across the street from the stadium and parking is available here. No worries about attending any ASU football game event if you stay here. The place was clean and comfortable beddings. The pillows could be bigger and fluffier but you could always bring your own. Haha!! Minor thing when comparing everything else. I would stay here again.

Our room was right above the dumpster and garbage pick up was at 4:45 am. Will request other side of hotel next time. Two of the bartenders were not friendly at all. We love the location and will stay there again

Had second thoughts when checking in because I found out it was spring training, local games, very busy BUT I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean quiet and breakfast was great

The gentlemen working the front desk in the afternoons/evenings was wonderful! He was so nice and really made the effort to be friendly, helpful and efficient. He really made the hotel better! The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. The hockey arena was very close by, within walking distance and easy to get to. Breakfast was good, simple, basic foods with a clean great big area to eat. Parking was in the garage next door was very easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend!

Check in was smooth, the room clean, breakfast was your typical hotel spread. We didn’t make good use of the restaurant but the menu looked good! Also didn’t get to try out the pool since it was a single night stay. Quick walk to the Mullett arena. Parking is $15 a night in a parking garage.

This hotel was very clean and had excellent service. It was right on the ASU campus so also very convenient. The included breakfast was also great. It’s worth nothing that there is a campus trolley/train that passes by the hotel often so if you are sensitive to noise this could bother you.

A bit noisy because of construction next door. Also we decided to eat at the restaurant for dinner because we were tired the first day to go out. Well the food was awful. Soggy bun burger that was microwaved and served in a plastic container. Should be much better quality .

I was given a room on the wrong side of the building that I had prior requested, so I picked up the phone in the room and pushed the butron that said "Front Desk" so I could let them know before bringing all of our luggage back down to the lobby and the button that was marked "Front Desk" called a hotwl number that wasnt the front desk, the lady said she would transfer me to the front desk, but she didnt so I went back to the lobby to get the correct room. After checking out days later, there was a chatge for a long distance call?!!?! Because the "Front Desk" button was a long distance call to a genreal Hyatt call center.

Nice location near campus. The receptionist "Grace" was very helpful in helping me deal with a problem (not related with the hotel directly) so I want to thank her!! Construction next door is a bit messy but the price of progress!
