Myself and daughters was in town for spring break. Very clean, quiet, and great location. The only down side I have is older lady on afternoon shift at front desk is rude and very unprofessional. She acts like you are a bother when my daughter asked for more towels.

This hotel was perfect in every way and I'm not an easy person to please. Clean, friendly, comfortable, all kitchen items provided and did I say clean! The hall has some bumps and bruises but the room was great. Comfortable lounge areas inside and out.

Easy drive to pier park. Comfortable enough room, bed a little hard, air con loud. Marriott TVs are locked down which is annoying. Ok breakfast.

Really liked the hotel. We rarely use the pull-out sofa, but did use this one. The mattress was uncomfortable, could feel springs within it. We got a couple extra comforters from the front desk, & padded it, but would not recommend for more than 1 night on it.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I appreciate them recognizing quiet time, I have stayed in other places where I had to deal with too much noise late at night. Overall, a great place to stay!

We were there for a softball tournament. A con about the stay was, I requested to be on the top floor when I booked the room- stayed for 2 nights. I didn’t get that request unfortunately, so the first night I had to call and make a noise complaint because at 1130pm, the people above our room were jumping on the floor, we could clearly hear the kids jumping from bed to bed, yelling and making a lot of noise. I had to call front desk. Normally I don’t do that, but it was 1130 at night! He just replied “ we are a little packed!” The other problem I had was- they didn’t start serving breakfast until 8am! That doesn’t help if you have to be at the ballpark that’s DIRECTLY behind the hotel at 7am for warm ups! All they had was oatmeal and cereal to eat at 630. Didn’t even have the juice machine turned on. Very disappointed with that.

The hotel still smells new. The rooms were excellent with a fridge, stove and microwave. It's very close to the pier which is an entertainment area that has a lot.

Disappointed in the level of service at this hotel. Towels were limited and they offered no housekeeping services. Dirty elevators, pool was full of sand and water was cloudy. The room had much to desired. One pillow case had a yellow stain and the towels were hard from so much startch, stained towels and pillowcases. Rugs were worn out and sofa bed was filthy. We had the “do not disturb” sign on day two and it was completely ignored. Two maintenance guys knocked asking to come inside because they needed to check our thermostat. We were puzzled since the AC was working and we never called to report any issues. We were very tired from our drive and needed to get some rest. We have never experienced this before at any Marriott hotels. We decided to check out early but we’re told that we would be charged. We asked to speak with the manager Emily Johnson to let her know about our experience. She said it was too late for her to make any adjustments to our stay. Please read the one star reviews before you book here. Once you are booked you are stuck with the final bill as management does not care. As of today, I am taking my business elsewhere. I’ve stayed at Hiltons and we never ran into so many issues. This will be the last time I book a stay at a Marriott. Their service has completely gone down. I took the time to read older reviews and a lot those guest were treated poorly. I plan to write a letter to Marriott Headquarters.

This was a last minute booking maybe like a day before so didn’t have much to plan on but hotel was great overall. Staff was friendly. Only thing I would say I didn’t like was that I had went for breakfast an hour after it was starting and food was all gone, waited like 10mins to see if there would be more food out but didn’t see no staff around. Maybe consider putting somebody there to see if they guests need any help or something like that during breakfast time? Other than that everything was great I would def book again here on my next time.

This hotel is in great location. But the overall service was not great. I had booked a room for 4 adults, 1 king bed and sofa bed, but when we got there, we were disappointed in the size of the sofa bed. The sofa bed was tiny and would only sleep two small children comfortably, not two adults. When we went to the front desk, they had told us that the room sleeps 4 and that best we could do is call the hotel manager the next day. How do they really expect this room to sleep 4? You either had to cram two adults on the sofa bed or sleep 3 deep in the king size bed. The room also only had three towels and three sets of pillows, almost as if the room should only sleep 3 to begin with. The breakfast also wasn't great and never started on time both mornings we were there.

The hotel is close to everything you need. the rooms have kitchens. I have been to this place 3 time since last year and I feel like the customer service is getting bad. Breakfast gets crowded and they dont bring the food out quickly to keep up with all the guests. I left a valuable item in my room when I checked out. I called a couple of days later and they said they never found anything. I like this place for its convenience and price, but they need to train customer service and crew better. Everyone except the front desk had a long face like they didnt wanna be there.
