I was really excited when they mentioned that we could get a free welcome drink every day. I was disappointed to find out it was only for soda and coffee. Still a nice experience.

Wonderful stay at rEf Omiya. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The rooms are small, but very efficient, clean, and well equipped with many thoughtful amenities. I would happily stay here again.
