Great hotel! Clean, courteous staff. Location is a bit away from the beaches but a great middle ground between Southbeach and Ft. Lauderdale.

Room air conditioner was programmed to not go below 69 degrees. I have hormonal issues and need room to be very cool. Was horrible. Hallways were freezing! Main lobby floor had a scented fragrance throughout the air system that was overpowering! Beautiful hotel but would never stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful. However, several problems were service. I tried to get them to turn down the music in the main lobby as it was so loud and I couldn't work. They said it was a policy. Couldn't do it The whole hotel was cold. This was january and he had the air conditioner pumped up Breakfast was great as was. The price service was also great for the restaurant. The rest of it, not so good.

The hotel didn’t respect our special requests. The reservation was for a room with two queen beds and that it shouldn’t be connected with another one. We arrived at the property, the hotel representative told us that they wouldn’t be able to give us the room we reserved, they gave us a room with one king size bed, and it was connected. We showed them our reservation and the special requests, but it didn’t matter, they gave us what they had, they said the hotel was full due to an airline that reserved all the rooms.

This is a great and well-located hotel. I was in Miami for a client opening close by and they recommended the Hilton Aventura. I could not have been happier, from the warm and fun welcome at the front desk to the clean, comfortable and beautiful room. I travel a good bit and would come back here for certain.

Wonderful hotel. Crisp and new. Restaurant was astounding. Better than most fancy places South American cuisine intrigued but coffee machine was impossible to figure out. At five am the desk attendant was Completely indifferent, gazed away, when I asked how to work it. Perfect hotel unless you like coffee before six thirty am

I made this reservation for a friend who was visiting from Paris. I have stayed here before and had great services he checked in at 4am as he had a very late flight. The lady who works check in at night was very rude both nights, his room was never cleaned, and the reservation was cancelled for no reason. I prepaid and everything should have been easy for him to check in, but the lady who works nights was beyond rude and we will not be using this hotel again for our guests in the future.

The property is brand new. Very fresh and clean. The hotel is very sleek and modern compared to the miami hotels on the south beach. Very quiet and near Sunny Isles Beach! We enjoyed our stay. Will be coming again. South beach is a 30-minute uber ride which isn't too shabby!

I was impressed by the service from the staff and I was shocked how good the food was in the restaurant. We were not expecting the quality to be so good and that's coming from foodies. Our server Andrea was great and we enjoyed his level of service and kind demeanor. If you are in the area and need a hotel don't hesitate to consider this hotel. We found it randomly and have found this to be the best Hilton property we've ever stayed at.

The area is very quiet and safe. The huge Mall is within 3 min drive; driving distance to the beach 15-30 min - it depends which beach you choose.

I will always stay at this hotel when I visit. Staff is so friendly - I basically spent a month here. Great rooms very clean. Pool is awesome - cafe in lobby is great and staff there is super friendly aswell.
