Muy confortable y muy bien ubicado

Hotel muy bien ubicado con restaurantes a pocos metros de distancia (solo se debe cruzar la avenida) y el Aventura Mall a minutos en auto. Muy buen desayuno. Bien completo y perfectamente organizado. Habitaciones amplias y conformtable. Excelente experiencia.

Underwhelming.

The location is great for work.

Staff not very friendly. Room was a bit dirty and was lacking things like a tray for the soap. TV remote was not checked prior to my stay and was dead. They replaced the batteries but the sleep timer button was broken. Also there were dead flowers in the lobby for the 3 days I was there. Just doesn’t fell like there is leadership who is paying attention to the details

Prático por ser bem localizado e de fácil estacionamento.

O melhor é a localização e principalmente a facilidade para estacionar, sem precisar de manobrista e sempre a mão. Também não cobram pelo estacionamento. O Café grátis até meio dia na recepção é um bônus extra. Os quartos com piso laminado também ajudam, a maioria dos hotéis em Miami de de Carpet. Região muito boa com várias opções de restaurantes e bares próximos. Só atravessar a rua.

Café da manhã é fraco, não vale o preço. Não tem cartão de não perturbe no quarto, e as camareiras perturbavam muito cedo e faziam careta quando pedíamos para voltar depois. Arrumavam o quarto todos os dias mas em nenhum dia limparam o chão.

Ótimo custo benefício para quem vai passar poucos dias.

Ótima Academia. Piscina aquecida. Limpeza dos quartos. Hotel novo, sem carpetes. Máquina de lavar e secar no hotel ao custo de US$ 4,00. Usa moedas de 1/4 US$. Ferro de passar e Secador de cabelo.

Preço do estacionamento US$ 20,00 por pernoite em Março/2024. Preço do café da manhã US$ 20,00 por dia. A localização é boa para quem vai ao Aventura Mall, Target e Best Buy. Mas é longe da Praia. Leva um tempo para acostumar com o box e a privada que ficam na área do quarto, como que fosse um flat. Há portas de vidro fumê, mas apagando a luz interna, dá para ter mais privacidade. A pia fica fora o que ajuda na preparação de alimentos. Não há forno de micro-ondas. Havia um Pet no quarto vizinho que latia bastante e incomodou nos dois primeiros dias.

Great Location, but in need of some updates for the price.

ease of parking and size and layout of rooms; great location

Housekeeping standards need to be upgraded. I had to change rooms since first room I was put in had hair in the shower, crumbs throughout and fingerprints on the mirrors etc. As a Marriott member I am disappointed that the person at the front desk moved me to another room only 2 doors down which was only slightly better. Not up to Marriott standards.

É um hotel novo, com instalações modernas, quarto muito confortável e com uma boa localização. Vizinho ao Hotel tem uma rua com diversos restaurantes. Uma coisa muito importante: o quarto é sem carpete.

A única coisa é que a cobrança do estacionamento poderia já estar incluída no valor da diária.

מלון מדהים!!! מיקום מושלם צמוד לבית כנסת, סטארבקס, חנויות, קניון אוונטורה. שירות מושלם . ניקוי חדרים יומי. חדר כושר 24/7 קפה חופשי בלובי. אהבנו ממש!

Hotel moderno e sofisticado perto do Aventura Mall, prepare o bolso.

Hotel com excelente infraestrutura. Decoração super moderna. Quarto com piso laminado. Toilete chuveiro e pia em ambientes separados. Perto do Aventura Mall e de restaurantes e cafés de alto padrão.

O preço é alto. A arrumadeira quis limpar o quarto 6:00pm. Estacionamento é pago à parte e caro. Café da manhã é pago à parte e também é caro.

Service was terrible

Clean fresh room

The staff were not helpful at all and I think they were quite rude. I I had surgery on both of my feet so I couldn’t even walk, there was no kettle or access to hot water in my room as I needed to eat to take my medication as I had noodles in my room. I couldn’t order food because I couldn’t walk downstairs to get it. I asked reception kindly for some hot water and the refused numerous times, they said I had to come and get it myself. I had an zimmer frame to help me up stairs so I physically couldn’t get it. They then called me back to say yes they will give me a cup but just this once as it’s not their duty to do so. I was in shock… considering the circumstances this is all they could do to help. Just that once. Also when I was walking through reception on my way back from surgery, it took my like 10 mins to walk to my room and not 1 member of staff even offered to help or hold a bag for me or anything they just stood there and watched me struggle. Unbelievable customer service!

A localização do Hotel é ótima! Próxima a restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados e ao Aventura Mall. E não fica tão distante de Brickell ou do aeroporto. É a segunda vez que ficamos nesse local.

A limpeza deixou a desejar.

Amazing week spent at a very cool area of Miami, perfect stay for daytrips around Miami

We spent a week here and were completely satisfied with everything. Loved the heated pool with the nice sunbeds. Pool bar is available until 5 pm. Lemonade is for free at the pool. The location is great, near to Aventura Mall (by car of course) , great restaurants nearby. Free purified bottled water in room and at the reception. Our room had a view to a tiny little cute pond, 6th floor, totally quiet, soundproof window, AC works well, no noise, warm water for bathing with normal pressure. Wifi working well. Bed comfortable, room is clean. Free starbucks coffee at the bar downstairs in the mornings. I guess Cleaning everyday, but we put privacy sign on for days and noone entering, respecting privacy sign.

The doors are so heavy so closing is pretty loud. But apart of that there is no other noise. Window cannot be opened but it was not an issue, always enough air in the room. There is nothing to be complained actually. Loved the 7 days spending here. We have not got breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

Aamiainen hyvä, uhteellisen runas, toivoisin lisää laktoosittomia tuotteita. Uima-allas ja kuntosali erinomaiset.

Suihku- ja wc-tilat erikoinen ratkaisu. Toivoin toista peittoa vuoteeseen, jota en kuitenkaan onnistunut saamaan.

Friendly staff. Bed was ok.

Strange and uncomfortable bathroom arrangement. Makes no sense to step out of the shower straight into the room nowhere to hang the towel. Square toilet. My room was next to the elevator and it was noisy at times but otherwise quiet. Breakfast is not included.

Average hotel not with Marriott Standards.

The hotel is very well located, lobby is nice. Nice employees such as Alberta, Heaven and the Rumanian that serves breakfast (forgot her name).

Rooms have no closet, only for hanging, unbelieable! Closet is one of the basics for any hotel as “usually” travelers carry clothing. Rooms have coffee maker but no electric plug where its laid so need to take it to the bathroom to use it. Not higienic at all. Cleaning of room is very poor. Found a cockroach. Soap and shampoo not refilled when empty, sometimes they replenished coffee, water, sugar, sometime no, like no consistency. Once we asked they brought but customers shouldn’t be asking for things all the time.

Just okay. The rooms felt pretty bare and were kind of dirty. I made sure to wear socks in the room.

The location was great. My checkin agent was great and very friendly.

The lights in my first room were flickering and couldn’t be fixed so I had to change my room. My second room was very hot, but I didn’t feel like moving again since it was already late. My person who checked me out in the morning was really rude.

Hotel en Aventura

El hotel está bien, lo mejor es la parte de la pileta aunque a la mañana no le da el sol. La ubicación esta buena porque está cerca del centrito lleno de restaurants y bastante cerca del Aventura Mall.

La habitación tenía una disposición extraña, el baño y la ducha parecían dos cubículos con cero privacidad.
