I had a really good stay there. The only problem we had was kids ding door knocking and running seem like there was some basketball games going over the weekend but over all the stay was good

The beds were amazing! Extremely comfortable. Breakfast we good. Everything overall was great. The one little complaint is that our bathroom door would not latch closed or lock because of this. Not many dining options to chose from in walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when i needed to use the cart to inload my luggage and they even let me park up front since all handicap parking was all full so my mom cant walk far the. I always book here and will return i highly recommend this place for family's

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my recent stay. Despite the promising amenities and convenient location, the overall experience was marred by an incessant disruption of noise.
One of the primary concerns was the evident lack of soundproofing within the premises. Throughout my stay, I found it challenging to enjoy a peaceful environment due to the constant transmission of sounds from neighboring rooms, hallways, and even the street outside. Conversations, footsteps, and external disturbances such as car horns infiltrated the tranquility of the room, detracting significantly from the intended comfort and relaxation.
While I acknowledge that every establishment may encounter occasional disruptions, the consistent and intrusive nature of the noise suggests a fundamental oversight in the design or maintenance of the premises. As a guest seeking respite and tranquility, such shortcomings undermine the value proposition of the establishment.
I would advise exploring alternative accommodations until measures are taken to address this crucial aspect of guest comfort.

Horrible hotel, horrible staff. I didn’t stay at the hotel because unfortunately I got Covid and didn’t want to travel. They refused to refund me and cancel my room like if I am OBLIGATED to stay there. Paid extra for booking protection for no reason. Would never book here again.

The hotel was very nice . Good breakfast and plenty of options …
Only negative was there was no hairdryer in our room. When we asked about it the young clerk questioned if we’d paid enough to get one … that was interesting. We were then assured after we were leaving that they do indeed have hairdryers. I guess next person will have in the room we left. Overall a nice over night say. I’d come here again.

Hotel is Great. Room was nice and very clean. My only hang up is the lighting in the room was not very good. Some areas of the room were very dim. There was one lamp and 2 of those wall sconce type lamps near each side of the bed. But there should be another light near the desk area. The bathroom only had a vanity type light around the mirror.

Our room was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned, floor not vacuumed and some sticky substance on the bed stand. When I told them they spoke to me as if I was being ridiculous as if there was no way the room could be dirty. Thankfully they were able to book us into another room which was much better. Breakfast wells good and we had a restful night.

The front desk manager was had very poor customer service skills I waited a long time to get checked in I got there early but he told me I have to wait until 2:30 but he took several other people in early I'm a platinum holder on hotel.com. Everything else was fine that's why I waited everything so high but that front desk manager needs some talking to he is so rude.

The room was fine, clean and bed was decently comfortable. However, you could hear everything from everywhere. The guy blasting music in the parking lot at 1:43 am, the people loading their car at 6:05, the moth farting on the windowsill at 7:12. The customer service was also kinda crap. Our room didn’t have the pull our sofa made, which wasn’t a big deal, but there weren’t even sheets or blankets for it. We had to go down to the front desk to get them and they only had one super thin blanket. The next day when we needed new towels we had to go down to get them also, and they asked our kids to bring back the wet towels, which seemed like a pretty strange request. The pool, while extremely chlorinated, was great to swim in and the room was beautifully warm which made getting out super pleasant.
Overall for the cost the place was fine, but if customer service was friendlier or more helpful it would have been a four star review.

The hotel was nice but a little lacking in terms of other service. We stayed in a suite but the pull out bed was not made. Ok not a big deal. We looked for extra sheets but there was none. Called down to the front office and they got extra sheet. We didn’t mind making the pilot bed but when we open the sheet there were stain on it. I would have expected better from a Holiday in

The staff was delightful and friendly. The room clean but had an odor I couldn't shake out of my nose. Overall I would stay again. I was glad I could open the window for some fresh air.

Coming from Tracy to a couples retreat at St Mount Carmel Catholic Parish Fairfield we are impressed at how nice and clean the hotel from the lobby to our room.
The front desk are very friendly and welcoming. Everything are in place and order at the lobby. Our room is clean and properly prepared to receive guests.
Toilet are very clean and they provide all the basic needs for overnight stay. We usually bring our own soap, shampoo and lotion but all are provided and same brand that we use at home, Dove. Thanks for that coz we decided not to pack heavy for one night stay.
The bed is ferm enough for my wife and the pillows are very comfortable as we slept like a baby and waking up refresh.
Free breakfast was great.and warm. Lots of selections and plenty of it. We woke up early and took it back in our room. Checking out is easy and we felt refresh for the second day of the retreat and back home.
We will definitely come back and 100% recommend. Thanks 😊

I reserved a room with a king bed and received a room with two queens. When I spoke to the registration person, she informed me that she was overbooked and that was all that was available.
The elevators and hallways were carpeted and littered with some type of threads and plastic wrappers (probably from guests). Although maid service was available the following morning, the mess remained until mid-afternoon.
Breakfast was underwhelming - compared to Holiday Inn Express in Windsor.

Horrible customer service at this hotel. I showed up to find that they canceled my reservation without even so much as contacting me and they had no more rooms left for the night. Asking the front desk clerk to help me find another hotel was like pulling teeth. The clerk said next time I should book directly with the hotel, and not use Hotels.com which frustrated me. Once the front desk clerk called another nearby Holiday Inn and found there was availability He quoted me a price that was $10 more per night than they were charging on Hotels.com so I rebooked from the lobby of this hotel using Hotels.com for another one of their hotels about 20 minutes away. availability.
