I travel several times a year. This was the first time I've stayed at a Comfort Inn. I'm very particular about cleanliness and smells. They had the cleanest bathroom I've ever stayed in. I was quite impressed. The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I will stay here again.

Manager welcomed us with a smile and a little humor. We had been on the road 7 hours and appreciated his quick check in and great restaurant recommendation. clean room, comfy beds.Dev greeted us the next morning while going to breakfast. He came out to ask if we had a good overnight. So impressed he actually interacted with us for a few minutes. Breakfast hostess efficient, friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and in perfect working order. The evenings were quiet and perfectly conducive to sleep. Overall we had an excellent stay and if either of my daughters decide to attend JMU, you will certainly see us again. Thank you!

Had a terrible experience, the receptionist at the front desk , was very rude disrespectful, We were (all friends) were sitting in the lobby after the days schedule chit chatting and playing some games. Out of nowhere the receptionist yells and says lower your voice or i will have to call the cops. We were all shocked as we were not expecting the rude voice. There were few more guests at the check in counter. She didnt bother to have the decency to not yell at the adults in front of the other guests. Once the desk was cleared my friend and went and asked her, how can you be so rude and yell in front of the other guests. She goes ahead and has the audacity to say that our kids were behaving like "hooligans" and were making noise earlier during our check in. She was racially profiling us and categorizing us saying you all behave like this. She seems to be not fit to be a receptionist. She doesn't fit the qualifications of the hospitality industry. There is a way to convey your disliking. Please take some action. I also would like a refund of the stay as our stay was completely ruined by this behavior. We 4 family's came to the hotel to have a good weekend.

A group of 4 families booked the rooms we checked in the hotel receptionist was so rude called our kids hooligans . She was being a jerk and was a racist . She addressed as people like you do this and that and stereotyped us. We were chatting in the lobby around 10:00 she could have been polite and asked us to keep it low but she yelled at us and said she will call the cop on us . This was a pure racist attitude

We stayed there as a family for our spring break and I have never seen such a terrible and rude receptionist. When our group (It was 4 families, with 6kids) gathered in the lobby, she said she will call the cops as we are louder and said we are giving her headache. And called the children, hooligans. She denied to give her name or her managers name. even the next shift staff said they don't know the name the previous shift staff. The stay totally spoiled our trip and our spring break with family. I can clearly see that we were racially profiled and called out with mean comments. She was rude during our check in process as well. We have travelled and stayed in so many places and never treated this badly ever. Will never go to this place again.

Place was extremely clean. Staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Great location to everything. Only negative (which has nothing to do with the hotel) was almost all the gas stations around were closed at 11 pm.

Very comfortable beds, nice shower, we’ll appointed all around. Breakfast was good with pre made omelets and bacon. Weak coffee. One huge complaint: dogs sleep in the rooms. If you are allergic or a light sleeper, be warned.

Stayed here as a midway point on a road trip. It was dog friendly and spacious. The lobby and room were super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

December 26-29 our 3 days turned into 4. The service and customer-friendly manager added to our stay. The breakfast was not palatable so we ate out. The room and bed were nice but not for two people. No space to eat and relax so a King Suite would suit me better.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was super nice, the room was great and the breakfast was delicious. I especially liked that the water pressure in the shower was awesome and hot water was always available. The hotel even offered fresh coffee for guests in the lobby all day which is something most hotels do not offer. I would stay here again.

I give this hotel a 5 with one small exception. While everything else was great, the construction of the shower did not allow you to start the water until you were INSIDE the shower where you would get hit with the water. The result was that I had to withstand 30 seconds of a cold water shower. Not a big deal but annoying.
