Evening music on Saturday was fantastic, and it had a nice gym, the decor in the lobby area was very nice, but the rooms felt a bit dated.
One weight machine was broken, and the room was comfortable, but dusty and a bit dirty. Someone else’s hair clinged to wall of the shower, as if someone used a towel to dry it. There was some mold along the shower door floor. The stove area in the kitchenette was greasy and had bits of food remnants.
Breakfast buffet seemed expensive and the food was just okay, we arrived around 10, but items like bowls and bagels were in low supply or not available. The overall buffet area was unappealing because it needed tidying and restocking. A bit of an ick factor when touching serving dishes, coffee urns, and utensils. The room was dark and poorly lit like they weren’t open for business, although nice music was playing.

excellent housekeeping and office staff very helpful. very accommodating to let us store our bikes in a backroom office.
You should advertise that there was not going to be a buffet breakfast the week the university students are off. There was no complimentary tea, coffee. Be nice if the pool had a sauna or hot tub. Hotel didn't have a recycling program or even make an effort to recycle beverage/glass/metal/cardboard or reduce. I only saw single waste containers around the hotel, We Probably won't come back here unless we see a greater effort is being made to recycle. reduce, reuse!!
