Giving 5 stars because this is a clean, updated hotel at a super cheap price. It didn’t smell musty or have the nasty bed covers that cheap hotels have. No it’s not the Ritz. This is a budget stay where the staff is courteous, I was comfortable, and I would absolutely stay again.

We have stayed at many hotel chains in the past but this stay was extra nice. Once you stepped into the lobby area you could smell how clean everything was. Our room followed suit and was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. Well done!!

A very nice, clean and comfortable place to satay. Exceptional value at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to fellow travelers.

It was clean and tidy . I wish there was already a coffee maker in the room and maybe a bowl or two. You had to ask. The first day breakfast was provided but they were out of eggs . Second day I had to ask. Second day we came home and the key wasn’t working they had us plugged in for 1 night instead of two. Just a lil of a pain as we had a long day and had to go sort that out but it was quick and she was nice. The bed was the worst part about the stay it was very cheap and uncomfortable .

The Good-the room was spotless; the bad-the desk clerk was so rude the poor woman in front of us was in tears. We could not get internet and when we called the clerk came up and said he couldn't do us and would come and give us a phone # to call. we called and the person had nothing to do with computers. There were only granola bars and muffins for breakfast. The ugly-the room looked like a prison cell. It was bare bones with a dark gray wall and the rest was white.

We had an amazing week long stay here during Daytona Beach Bike Week ! Centrally located in the middle of everything we attended, excellent staff, especially Rebecca!! They treated us like royalty including my little service dog Willow !! Highly Recommend

Stayed one night after a cruise. Bed and room were comfortable and clean. Would stay here again and recommend. Less than 15 minute drive to the beach. Lots of shopping and eating options close by.

Not the greatest stay. Came to stay during a family emergency and normally the rates are $120. I was charged $350 a night which is far far to high. The hot water was Luke warm at best. The bathroom wasn't cleaned (there was hair in the shower I had to clean out myself), bugs on the bed. Clear pest problem, the stove top was dirty , toilet barely flushed (had to flush several times) and there was alot of noise throughout that prevented a good night's sleep. If you get the normal rate of $120 then it would be a negligible series of complaints and you could say you get what you pay for I guess. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for a fraction of the price. I was highly disappointed.
I personally will not be a returning customer to any extended stay America again.

The grab n go breakfast consisted of 3 bags of instant oatmeal with no milk, 4 granola bars and 4 chocolate muffins total on a Saturday morning at 7am with breakfast listed as 6:30 to 9. Nothing in the fridge case and a nice microwave there but I have no idea what they think a guest is to put in it. There is however a Dennys not far away for those who want breakfast

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was terrible. We had coffee but No regular cream for the coffee.

The desk staff didn’t always know what was happening. There probably should be protocols written if the power goes out and the smoke alarm goes off for extended time. That happened and then no hot water in the morning (not happy!), I guess an accident caused the power outage, but there should have been some explanation/update.

Stayed twice due to work extension and loved both rooms. Kitchenettes were amazing and comfy beds. Water pressure could be better but still great shower and clean linens

Nice queen room with a lazy boy chair! (that's rare!) Area around the bed is quite small. Great kitchenette, but only one chair at the table. Perfect for one person, not so much for 2 (unless you eat out all the time). Very clean. The "free breakfast" is composed of only 4 things : coffee, pre-packaged muffins, pouches of instant gruel, and gelatinous yogurt. That's it. No joke. Don't come here for the "free breakfast"... Fortunately we had our own food, so it was fine.

Everything was great, although we requested a late checkout for the following morning (which was granted) and it wasn’t communicated to the rest of the staff, because we got a sassy call from the front desk about how we hadn’t vacated the room. Other than that, no notes. Wonderful stay!

The night clerk was very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was an area the walk the dogs with poop bags.
The only draw back was that any items that you needed for the kitchen had to be gotten at the front desk. The breakfast was practically nonexistent. A boiled egg and granola bars is not a breakfast. Also, nothing was refilled once it was gone as the eggs were by 7am.
For a one night stay it was clean, easy and the night clerk was very helpful.

Two things I would like to highlight:
1) the breakfast was horrible. there was no food.
2) the elevator wasn't working. When I asked the receptionist that they should at least put out a piece of paper notifying me, she didn't care.

Staff was very accommodating during our stay. First time staying at one of these hotels and it was a little bare-bones but very comfortable to stay in. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice and super clean. Relatively new property.
Only negative thing is the breakfirst. They posted the room included with the breakfirst. But there was no real breakfirst. Just provided coffee and grain bars.
So, do not expect the breakfirst if you book this property even if they mention breakfirst is included.

Weekend getaway for my husband and I for our anniversary. Exceedingly pleased with the staff, the facilities, and the room. Everything was clean and pristine. Location was perfect for shopping and dining!!!
