Had to ask twice to replace safe and it was never fixed. Gave up.

Breakfast was amazing and a great value. Rooms were clean and well cared for. The hotel is within walking distance to everything and most convenient to the Nasche market and Opera house. Staff were cordial and helpful.

The hotel is wonderful! Very new, clean, extremely spacious, luxurious, very quiet and have air conditioning. Excellent location, easy walk to most of the main attractions in the city center. Very close to the train station and trams. Strongly recommended for visiting Vienna!
