Location, location, location. This hotel is in a cute neighborhood with many shops, bars, and restaurants; it was perfect for all of our tours and museum stops. We walked to almost everything; couldn't have asked for a better location.
This is a wonderful hotel with helpful staff and clean, functional, quiet, well thought out rooms. Like most Americans, we were overheated walking around Vienna with no air conditioning in any of the restaurants/museums. It was wonderful to come back to this hotel and have cool/cold air blowing in our room. We enjoyed the drinks in the cozy bar off the registration area; fun spot to sit after a long day of site-seeing. The delicious tap water in the rooms was a huge plus too.
The only downside was the mattresses seem to be older or just not all that supportive. Our backs were sore when we got up each morning.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful and stunning hotel. Lots of design features, all very gorgeous to look at. The room was stunning, with its huge bed and beautiful surroundings. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was one of the nicest I'd had in a long time. Great location in the Museum Quarter and easy to get to other places easily:)
