Good location near to tthe metro, shops and at walking distance to the city center.
The breakfast is really good and the staff very kind and gentle.
Hot and cold water dispenser could be a very good improvement for coffee or just drinking. Workaround: the personnel was so kind to heat water for us.
One of the mattresses was too soft for us, the other one was good.

Uncomfortable bed; shower too high; no AC in the summer is hard; advertising does not say hotel is a converted student dorm. Alao no housekeeping service. On our last day we had to survive with dirty room, dirty towels and sheets
