Family trip, kids love the water park and extra activities there are. However I think there needs to be crowd control, between people with day passes and people staying at the hotel, it got very crowded on Friday, which is understandable as it’s close to spring break week, but there was little room in the pools and people kept arriving. There was also no printed receipt while doing the check in, I asked for one but was told I would get a full one later, and had to ask for one at the checkout to understand the extra charges. I also got a receipt from them through hotels.com and they are both different and so hard to understand because the hotel fees are different to what was paid to hotels.com, but trying to focus on only the “extra” stuff paid like passes, parking, etc I still think I was overcharged. But I’m waiting for all pending charges to clear out to see if final amount charges matches my math. Pay with credit card and not charge to room for restaurants, toys, etc to avoid getting an even more complicated receipt while doing the checkout.

We are local and stay here when they have a good deal. The kids and adults always have fun. One downside is I am a big guy and some of the slides have a 250 lb weight limit so I didn't get to enjoy them.

Very family friendly. Kids will definitely be entertained a good solid 2-3 days there. Check-in was kind of a pain and, if you’re not used to their wrist band method, it may take a while to get used to. People at check-in didn’t spend enough time with b me explaining the process. Ice machine near my room wasn’t working and vending machine stole $3 from me when it didn’t have the water I wanted The water park was a blast but their towel system seems flawed where I think I may have been charged an extra $15 due to a negligent towel boy. Overall, your kids will LOVE this place but parents may find themselves a little annoyed at the little flaws they need to work out. Special shout-out to SOPHIA (snack bar cashier) who was VERY attentive to my needs, accused very professionally, and made sure I got assistance in my check-in process. She’s great.

Check in was a breeze, the facility was clean and staff were helpful. You can play in the water park the day you arrive and the day you leave so one night was plenty for us. I rose all the rides with my children and we had a great time. I’d recommend visiting Great Wolf Lodge

Room was dirty. Towel was used one was there. Even new towel comes with womens hair. Room was far away from elevators.

The water park bathrooms very unsanitary all day long and I will not return due to this. The beds had a kid sock and nasty food in the edges. The evelarors were a huge bottleneck. Need clear direction to tell people to move into the area and not line up outside. The adventure was amazing and one day was plenty to do all. It was a blast overall! Beautifully decorated.

The room was not clean coffee from previouse people was still in coffee machine. There was food going bad in fridge. Kids bed smelled as if they'd pee and it dryed staff just did bed without changing sheets.

The staff there at the Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca are always amazing. Everybody is super friendly. And it’s a lot of fun for the kids! Note to parents this is not a relaxing type of hotel. It’s loud. It’s bright. And it’s all geared towards the enjoyment of children. My family had a great time. We most definitely will be returning soon.

The room was amazing. It was great having lodging, food, and activities all in one place. The food could have been better, especially for how much they are charging. Overall, great experience. Just plan on spending more for food and other activities aside from the waterpark.
