The Room door did NOT lock unless you pulled or pushed door shut we were never told and when left room with our belongings still inside thinking door was locked only to find out it wasn’t after being gone most of the day and on the last night our door was not shut and anyone could have walked in on us we were never told that this happens and yes the front desk was aware of this when I told them what had happed and the front desk check acted like she didn’t care I will not be going back no hot tub and the pool was nice area but closed for cleaning Food was not great at all for the money you would think it would be better they had no whole milk fat free only that’s like drinking water pancake thing kept breaking had the hostess fix it 4 times just to get 3 pancakes they have a lot of things that needs to be addressed could have gotten better over all service from a casino on laughin side they had no vending machines cause they want you to pay 4.00 for a soda and 3.00 for candy bar creed is all that is

The original suite that we were given was not clean (trash in the can, food in the fridge, clothes in the closet). The front staff gave us a new, clean room. The staff was very friendly and kind.

This room was way too expensive for what it was. It was supposed to be a suite, it was not. They also charged $7.50 for a $2 water. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel was a great location for our soccer tournament! Beds were SUPER comfy…breakfast was delicious…indoor pool area was awesome & there was a STARBUCKS right across the street! Will definitely stay here anytime we’re in Bullhead!

This property has gone downhill since its first year. Staff used to be friendly, everything used to look clean and new. Was old food scraps hidden all around the room. Turkey sausage for breakfast was dry. Arrived at 4:00 pm (chk in time) was told room wasn’t ready. Waited 15 more minutes. Will be looking for a new place to stay as we visit every 2-3 months.

This hotel is just over a year old and feels brand new. All employees were kind and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and provided all the amenities we could want. Would defiantly book again.

Excellent in all aspects. Only drawback is the water pressure is just at the barely acceptable level. Would stay here again. Would recommend. Staff is amazing and the place is super clean.

Very clean, bright, and pleasant, room and bed very comfortable, staff friendly and professional. Our only issue was the shower, the water took a very long time to get hot and the water pressure was poor. Other than that, a very nice overnight stay.

The employees were very helpful, kind and attentive. The afternoon and overnight shift for the front desk were the best. The morning shift wasn’t as helpful and attentive but, we checked in on Friday 9/22/23 approx 8:35 pm and checked out Sat. 9/23/23 approx 10:30 am. The lady who took care of the breakfast area was super friendly and cheerful, very attentive and accommodating. Even the Man who was helping with the breakfast area and kept us supplied with coffee was super friendly. Our king bed suite was great. Our room had a built in bench area for our luggage, a couch, Comfortable bed soft, sheets and the pillows were the best with one firm and one soft pillow. The large shower(big enough for two)was great. Very clean room and establishment. Great full breakfast w/lots of options. It would be nice if they had a hot tub but the pool is nice and big. They also have a child’s wadding pool with a huge frog slide. The exercise room was nice and spacious. There is a shower near the pool. I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn and suites in Bullhead city and I would stay again.

The property was clean, with nice decor, an indoor pool for kids and adults, and a newer building! The majority of the staff was great. Their food was not great, but it was edible. Besides that, it was a horrible stay, because they had bed bugs. I think they should do much more than 25,000 points based on the circumstances. The day it happened the manager had a bad attitude as if we caused the situation, rushed us, and reluctantly offered us a measly 10,000 points. Our 34th anniversary was completely ruined. We missed out on half of our planned activities. We had to cancel some of our plans because our entire suitcase was opened on the bed and exposed to the bedbugs. We can't go on a boat trip to the beach without swimwear. To top it off, we had to wear the same clothes for 2 days. The night that was planned for our anniversary required semi-formal attire, but we had to wear what we had on, which was NOT the required attire. My husband got bit on his face, and the marks are still on his face. I took pictures and videos of the bedbugs. Our concern was taking bedbugs home with us, which was heartbreaking, sad, and stressful. I've never been so stressed and sad on a leisure trip! Around 5 hours after we checked out, I HAD A STROKE! We feel like Holiday Inn Express & Suites should at least provide us with enough points for a few days.

Room was not ready past check in time. We checked in after 5 (an hour past their check in time) and still had to wait 30 min in the lobby with our luggage. The employees were also unwilling to work with us on getting our points. It would have been nice for them to go ahead and give us the points we earned after making us wait. Honestly, we could be understanding about not receiving them, but the way it was handled was wrong. It seemed like the employee was making a whole excuses as to why not to given them. When we debunked each of her excuses, she made up another one. It was just a disappointing experience for us.
