About this apartment hotel
Newly renovated efficiency upstairs one bedroom has an updated kitchen, bathroom and all furniture. Complex is an extended stay apartment/motel property. Each unit is uniquely furnished with everything you need to feel at home. Kitchen has full sized refrigerator, range, microwave and everything you need for a comfortable stay. All cooking and serving utensils are provided. Bedroom offers a queen sized bed with nice cozy linens. Living room has two recliners. We offer a great value on the beautiful Colorado River with a day use dock for tenant use. The complex has laundry facilities and is walking distance to Safeway, restaurants and banks. All utilities, wi-fi and weekly housekeeping is included in the rental rate. All units are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING!

My wife and I had a wonderful visit at your property during our getaway weekend from Goodyear, AZ. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock watching the boats and jetskis whizz by on the river. We also saw some wildlife with a mama duck and 9 ducklings floating by as well as some huge fish that you could see in the pretty clear water. We’ll definitely come back when we want another getaway by the river.

The apartment was clean and in good condition. The value for the cost was very good. It could use more dishes, tableware and a few seasoning for cooking.
