We booked a short stay - 2 nights. Requested a ground-level room so we could bring our bikes inside when not in use. Our request was granted without any issues. Our room was adorable - fresh and bright with an ocean view. The room included a turntable and vinyl LPs featuring beach music - a special touch/surprise. There was room to store everything, including space to put 2 adult bicycles without them getting in the way as we navigated the room. The bathroom is tiny but has all the essentials and is very clean, with a small window (frosted glass) to provide natural light. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the roof top patio - it was furnished nicely and ready for summer visitors! Location is fantastic - off the beaten path so not cluttered with traffic and crowds, but a short ride to Main Street for restaurants, shops, ferry to the islands, and the Shining Sea bike trail. We haven't stayed in a motel in years, but this is a fresh, new approach to motels and we were delighted with it.

Excellent choice for family trip. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean, remodeled, spacious and comfortable bed. Steps away from beach out the sliding doors of room. Amazing view and relaxing. Recommend also eating at Flying Bridge!

A great set up for our first get away with the dog. We had a waterfront first floor so easy access and great view. Seth gave us some great recommendations for an enjoyable weekend.

I never write reviews on places I stay but this place stood out so much to me!! This place is amazing! The view was so amazing and the patio on the roof was a perfect place for a sunset! A lot of reviews talk about the walls being thin and they definitely are also the showers are a little small but the view makes up for everything!

It's right on the beach, probably the best views I've ever had from a hotel room. The room was clean and stylish. Staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are definitely very thin. The guy in the room next to me was taking work calls and I could hear most of what he was saying clearly. Turning the fan on helped, but I might recommend bringing earplugs or a white noise machine.

Great winter getaway, bad storm before we got there, so first floor was shut down but with 50 mile an hour winds all weekend we still enjoyed the views from our room. Also were told about great place to eat while there from staff

Very nice room with great view. There is a lot of cars coming and going behind property for it is a spot for folks to enjoy the view. I didn’t like that regular key opened door with no inner deadbolt. Lock on slider flimsy. Great winter spot.

We had a wonderful time in Falmouth. Looking at the ocean each morning was a treat! The suggestions that we were given upon arrival were very helpful. We went to two of the restaurants that were suggested and visited the sunset on the Knob and at a Chappy Beach, took some walks etc. Thanks for making our trip memorable😊

Stayed here for a quiet romantic weekend right before Christmas. The staff (owners I'm assuming) were very friendly and check-in/check-out were easy. The rooms are nicely renovated, with smart TVs, plenty of outlets, and insanely comfortable beds. The wet bar with refrigerator and microwave are convenient, and the tile flooring throughout is appreciated for hypoallergenics. Two drawbacks of it being an older building is that the bathrooms are tiny and the walls are very, very thin. My two recommendations would be the addition of deadbolts on the doors and dividers on the balcony for added security Overall, I highly recommend the Tides! You can't beat the location and views!

What a gem of a spot. In its simplicity Falmouth Tides is grand. The view is incredible, I could see Martha’s Vineyard from our bed. The ocean is literally steps away. The room had the Cape Cod coastal vibe that is always appreciated while on the Cape. All in all, the hotel was perfect and a great find!

Manager Seth was so helpful and Friendly! Very modern decor was clean and inviting. It was a very nice touch to have a phonograph/ record player in the room with some vintage LP's as well as a great Coffee Table book on Vintage Beach Trucks! Rooftop patio was perfect to catch sunrise with a nice hot coffee in hand. Great views of Martha's Vineyard and Vineyard Sound. Just a few minutes by car to Nobska Point Lighthouse as well as to the Woods Hole Ferries to the Vineyard. Also close to Woods Hole Oceanogaphic Institute and Marine Biological Labotatories. All in all a great find in a great location! We will be back!

This place is amazing. I feel like we found a gem. Being able to walk right out to the ocean is absolutely fantastic. We fell asleep to the sound of waves. Seth at the front desk was extremely helpful. He pointed us to a fantastic dinner place and even offered to help us to a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. I want to keep coming back to this place as it felt like magic…even in the cold winter! The only thing that could have made it better in the winter would be a fire pit. It was absolutely a wonderful experience that we extended our stay.

The view is incredible. Rooms were very clean. The hotel was supposed to be open 8-8 I left at 6pm office was dark which would have been ok if I hadn't fallen off the the bottom step Be careful the bottom is concret same as the walkway there is nothing to alert people that there is a step. I stepped off thinking I was on the sidewalk fell on my hip and shoulder had a very hard time getting. Im 75 years old lucky I didnt break a bone!

The room was clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was excellent and friendly. They are pet friendly, which is a huge plus for me. 2 recommendations would be better mattresses, as they are not comfortable and better insulation between the rooms, you can hear everything. Especially if you're on a lower level unit and you have someone directly above you.

We stayed here for one night in November as a quick get away. The room was very clean and recently updated. The view and location are absolutely outstanding, short drive to downtown and right on the water! The only suggestions I would make is each room should have a deadbolt (key only currently), and the bathroom needs a shelf or something with the pedestal sink. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful, thoughtfully designed property! We were in a floor level room and the view was just gorgeous! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the added touches of the record player and s’mores on the fire. Seth is the ultimate tour guide. Thank you for an excellent stay!

This place is totally remodeled. This is their first winter season. What a beautiful spot. 20 yards to the water. The sounds of the waves putting you to sleep. The room was very clean and new. The record player and old vinyl records was cute. Would love to go back in the summer but very pricey as the cape tends to be. But a great fall weekend getaway.
