I have stayed at several different hotels, but this is my first time ever staying at a Fairfield Inn. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed and in awe of this wonderful place. Spacious and modern room, complimentary delicious breakfast, so many areas to explore outside of your room without leaving the hotel. The view from every window was awesome, and I didn’t miss trekking through the snowy streets to check out the surrounding area. Thank you Fairfield Inn and All of the many people who worked so hard to make my stay so enjoyable. 💜💜💜

The air conditioning is an ordeal. The hotel does not allow each guest to adjust their own air conditioning in the room that the guest paid for. We called maintenance twice and they did nothing. They told us that due to Covid protocols, the air conditioning always had to be on and at a very low temperature. I ended up getting sick with my throat, in those days we were at -2 degrees Celsius and we were never able to turn off the cold air conditioning inside our room. I had a second reservation and I decided to change it to a better hotel. I changed to the holiday inn Express Berry Farms in Franklin. At the Holiday Inn Berry Farms hotel it was a wonderful experience.

We were in town for a work conference in Franklin. This hotel was a convenient location and just a short drive away. The hotel was very clean and still had a “new” feeling. The staff was pleasant and helpful with any requests. We would definitely stay here again!

Our bathroom floor was dirty where it needed a mop. The tub was stopped up. My sister woke up in hives. I told the guy at checkout. He didnt offer a discount or anything. He said, ill let housekeeping know. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. Someone came out about 5 minutes later.

It was an awful experience and left us nearly stranded out of state when they charged us for a room when we had prepaid. They were rude from the very first interaction we had and more than once insinuated that we were lying despite having proof. They were unwilling to work towards a solution or ask for help from higher management without us basically having a meltdown. It was very upsetting on a trip that was meant to be a celebration.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area made for convenience. Walkable to local shops and restaurants. Plus, having a clean quiet place to stay made it all the more enjoyable.

Cleaning staff didn’t bother to come into our room to remove trash or make beds in middle of our stay. Posted signs said breakfast open til 930 weekends and 9 am weekdays. Down before that time and staff had already cleared away breakfast items. Disappointed. Pool was small. Like large jacuzzi- temp of water was tepid, not cool and refreshing and not warm and relaxing. Somewhere in middle like someone had just peed in it

Nice room and bathroom. Adequate/good breakfast, included with room price. The lobby sitting area was also cozy with a fireplace feature. Pool was TINY--I didn't use it but seems like a hot tub might have been a better option. Definitely can't swim in there!

Pros: For the most part the hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Stopper in the shower was broken so it was hard to shower without the tub filling. No liner for the ice bucket and had to go to a different floor for ice. Check in was odd, the attendant wasn’t rude, but wasn’t helpful either. Didn’t say anything about the apparently free breakfast so we missed it. Didn’t tell us where the ice machines were. Didn’t give us any info about the wifi.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so close to the shopping centers and dining. The employees were really nice and my kids loved the breakfast. It was really nice that the hotel offered gluten free options so my husband was able to eat with us as well

The bathroom looked new. Good water pressure in the shower. The beds were semi-firm. The A/C was quiet. The hotel is well taken care of. I will definitely stay here again.

we loved the location and the room was very nice. only problems were with cleaning of our room. we were there 3 nights and had to go ask for our room to be cleaned the last eve. we went down every day for clean towels

Housekeeping removed my belongings from my room while i was at work. I spoke with the manager and he said housekeeping noticed there was nothing in my room and that he confirmed it so they thought i had checked out. However that wasnt true. All of my dirty clothes for the week was piled next to the night stand. Also my key card to the room worked fine when i returned. Luckily the only thing i had left in the room was dirty clothes. Seriouly though, who takes dirty underwear. The manager printed off the door key log and the only entries to the room was me and housekeeping. So, i wonder where they went? Hotel management did nothing to remedy the situation and i had to go shopping the next morning just to have clothes to finish the work week with. Very dishonest staff

Stay went very well. Everything 10/10. Love the fact that as an EV owner, you all have 8 charges to choose from. This is fantastic and much appreciated. This was the only reason I chose this property over others.
