Disappointed in the bathroom

Staff was pleasant and helpful Safe neighborhood.

The bathroom appeared to have black mold by the tub. It didn’t seem very clean overall. There were 3 decaf coffee pods and only one regular.

Very poor

Location was convenient

Sheets and comforter were stained. Front desk did exchange those. Our room was located next to the supply closet and kitchen and employees were in there making lots of noise all hours of the night. Then there must have been some repairs or renovations going on upstairs because at 5 in the morning we started hearing hammering and stomping. Was not a restful weekend unfortunately

The most appreciated staff member was our check in gentleman. He was very accommodating to we 3 elderly ladies. We were exhausted upon arriving a couple hours later than planned as well as having great difficulty (40 min.!) finding the hotel location in the dark. We had requested help with getting our baggage to our room and he did so happily. He absolutely refused our money to pay him. We have limited walking ability and he graciously got our ice for us. He should be commended by your company.

In the morning we called to request assistance to help us with our baggage. The staff member indicated that they "don't have anyone to do that". He did agree to at least bring a cart up to our room for us. Both staff members would have been given a $15.00 tip from us although our check in gentleman refused it. As far as the room goes, we did have to call to get the refrigerator working and there was no small freezer at all to refreeze our ice packs for travel days. A suggestion would be to have a comfortable upholstered chair in the corner rather than the rock hard uncomfortable one that was in Rm. 238. The beds were very comfortable although VERY hard to get into due to being so high. Location of hotel to I-65 was great although we had great difficulty with finding it's location at night.

The room was big and it was very quiet and the bed was comfy and the breakfast was really good and the coffee was great.

Breakfast was great, bed was comfy and staff was great.

Luke at check in was very helpful and patient with me as I had made my reservation under my maiden name but gave him my married name to check in.

The shower either needed to be painted or had mold in it...I honestly didn't want to get too close to look. The carpet and baseboard in corner of the room were left un finished exposing bare concrete.

Horrible place to stay….

NOTHING!!!! Nasty and RUDE staff!!

*UPDATE* Charged us an additional $50.00 per room 5 days after we checked out. When we called they could not tell me what it was for. I asked for a manager and was told he would not be in until Friday and he would not return a phone call to anyone. Pool looked like a science project gone wrong, ceiling looks like a 4 year old tried to paint it to cover the mold and mildew growing on the ceiling. The furniture was broken at some point and put back together in a horrible looking way. The brown bed skirts were ripped in multiple places. This hotel looked nothing like a Holiday Inn.

nice rooms, decent breakfast in a nice spacious breakfast room

a little hard to find. Bathtub has an accumulation of soap scum. TV has a list of channels but no info on programs.

The location was good for the purposes of our trip. Would have preferred a quieter room.

The breakfast was good, but would have been nice to have bacon as well as sausage.

Our room had a door between the room next door and we could hear their TV from our room. Also we could hear the people above us walking heavily and sounded like jumping up and down after midnight. The room also seemed small in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in.

Horrible experience

The room they Tried to put us in was the Worst room I've ever seen. Essentially, I was told & the rooms like the one I had booked got given to the guests that had reserved rooms with 2 double beds because their house keeping was not doing their job. The staff was not professional at all and was rude to the rest of my family when we requested to be refunded.

Superb

Great location off I-65. Comfortable room with refrig. and microwave-a little larger than usual. Beds were comfortable but a bit too high-very difficult to get in and we are all average height. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and kind. Full breakfast has resumed and it was great.

Only the fact that the beds were too high to get in easily.

Disappointing

The general manager Vasser was amazing. He was so kind and was so great! It was within walking distance of a couple restaurants and there was a Publix close for stocking up.

Unfortunately we weren’t aware that they had a water issue on third floor which caused the roof to come in some places and water damage on other spots. Our room had quite the moldy musty smell to it and our bed sheets and pillows constantly had a damp feeling to it. There was broken tiles in front of the shower which were not safe to step on. A couple electrical outlets were not attached to wall and hanging out.

Location, staff was nice

Incredibly uneven floors. You walked “up” to get to the center of the hotel. My bedroom was slanted - I didn’t feel like the building was safe. Ceilings looked they had been “fixed” and painted over.
