It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service.
Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back.

The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. This history is visible in the hotel while still looking very well maintained and polished. The design of the rooms fit very well with the history of the building. The service of the receptionist Marie was very nice. She was very welcoming, calm and accomodating. She personally guided us to her room while telling us all about the history of the hotel. She also facilitated a later checkout for us while it was a busy weekend. The breakfast options (a la carte or a tasting of a bit of everyting) were really nice and tasted super fresh. We highly recommend a stay in this hotel!
