Okay

Location is great. Close to many stores, restaurants, sporting arenas and airport. Host is responsive.

Cigarette smell. Probably not from our room, but there would be a sudden cigarette smoke odor in the unit as if someone was smoking nearby. AC is centralized throughout the building, so it's not adjustable.. Can get pretty hot before it kicks on and starts cooling. Fan is provided, but was way too loud.

Perfect place to stay if going to an event in Philly

We couldn’t have asked for a better accomodation, will absolutely be back!

Convenience was the best part, as we were there attending the World Cup! It was cute, spacious, clean. Just what we needed! Instructions were clear, owners were very responsive and helpful!

Nothing!

Definitely not booking again in the future

Comfortable bed and pillows, quiet AC, good shower and walking distance from subway station (around the corner).

I was looking for having an early check-in and turned out it wasn't available. The fact there wasn't a front desk (or anyone in person at all there in the hotel), I was hopping at least to store my luggage. I contacted the hotel via message, and although they allowed me to leave the suitcase in the room only by noon on (not earlier than that) and released the room code earlier for me, I still spent the whole morning carrying my bags while walking in the city. Hotel is really dated and need remodeling urgently. Structure outside and indoors as well as furniture are very old. I found a cockroach in the bathroom during the night. My room wasn't ready by 4PM. When i got there, housekeepers were cleaning my room, and they were done only by 440PM. I booked this hotel because it was nearby the stadium and I was in the city for the world cup soccer game. Comparing to other hotels around the area, it offered a lower rate however taking into consideration the hotel facilities and customer service, it's way overpriced.
