Lovely two story historic 130-year-old home located in downtown Frankfort. The lower level has two large bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and a living room with cable TV and a full-sized sleeper sofa. Upstairs is a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Close to bike trail, downtown, parks, and the beach. Close enough for the action, yet far enough away to allow for peace and quiet.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating to me, including letting me come in early for a work Zoom. The home is lovely with large windows and a lot of light. The kitchen is well-equipped (I was able to host family for meals for my son’s birthday).

Janet was awesome! There was enough supplies...toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, saran wrap, etc for the two weeks that we were there. Loved the house and the location is awesome!

Great location in downtown Frankfort. Surprisingly quiet. Newly redecorated with meticulous attention to each detail. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space. Friendly and helpful hosts.
