We completely renovated our favorite slice of heaven for families just like ours-big families & multiple families who love to travel together -4,600+ Square feet -6 Bedrooms -5 bathrooms - 14 beds -sleeps 24 comfortably -POOL -Casita W/Bar and Games -Game Room w/Arcade Games, Card Games and an XBOX -Pool Table. -Massive Garage and Ample Parking -1/3+ Acres -9 Smart Tv's -Offroad friends- Yards from wash, to hit the trails Looking forward to hosting families who enjoy it as much as we do! There is also a 70 ft deep garage that has 9 foot high garage doors. Plenty of parking for numerous vehicles and boats (clearance must be 9’) We have often dreamed of a place where we could take our family and friends and have everyone stay comfortably together in one home. With that in mind we created a place that is fun for all ages. We created a place where big families or multiple families can come together and enjoy their time together. Our home offers all the amenities you need on one level, easily accessible from the front door. No stairs are necessary, unless you're heading down to the lower garage or parking areas. We hope you'll find this home convenient and comfortable for your stay. As you enter the 4,000 square foot main home you will be greeted by a beautiful entrance that captures the exact essence of what we were going for, clean, light and natural. A place that makes you feel as comfortable as if you were at your own home. -Game Room 1 As you come into the home you will notice an entrance to the left with a game room. This game room is complete with an oversized recliner couch, a smart TV, XBOX, Arcade games, Card Games, board games, and an oversized connect four on the wall. -Billiards Room If you walk through the entry and decide to turn right you will enter the billiards room. For those history buffs and Havasu fanatics on the walls there is a series of pictures, that explain the history of the London Bridge and how it got to Lake Havasu. -Living Room From the Billiards room you can enter into the Living room. Complete with a 70" smart tv, a sound bar and an oversized couch. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun. -Kitchen If you exit the Living Room you will find yourself in a hallway leading to the rest of the house and right across from the Living room is the Kitchen. The large and oversized kitchen is perfect for entertaining and we equipped it to be enjoyed by coffee lovers, food lovers and those looking to just spend some quality time with the Chef. -Bedrooms We have placed brand new beds in all the bedrooms. Each bed is made with freshly cleaned crisp white Linens. Each room has it's very own Smart TV, closet and all the comforts of home. -Bathrooms Each Bathroom has been completely remodeled. The showers have all been retiled, new vanities, new toilets and are all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Perfect house for family with kids. They have everything that can entertain everyone. The owner is amazingly responsive. And fas. It’s a huge house and can fit a lot. The good part is that kids have their own separate rooms and living room

This property was the perfect place for our group to come and enjoy Lake Havasu. The teen boys loved having their own space in the pool house. The house was well stocked with the things we needed. The host was super attentive and always quick to respond and eager to help solve any issues. We really enjoyed our time here!

Over Thanksgiving week my entire family of 15 people (kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles) met at the house, all having traveled from different states to meet. The pictures do not do this home justice, it is stunning!!! The kids loved the arcade games, basketball hoop game and pool table. The huge kitchen and many living rooms made it easy for us adults to cook, relax, and enjoy each others company. There is so much space and so much thoughtfulness put into every room. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!!!

The house was big and very beautiful where the pictures don't do justice. It's in a prime location with the lake very close by and other attractions. The owner of the home is super nice and on point with communication. One of my friends forgot her lifejacket and he had someone come by and drop one off for her. This was very considerate and to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this house for an adult and/or family vacation.

This home was extraordinary. It literally has everything. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, rooms were large and the master was unreal. It's has, games, pool, game room. Our friends and family had an amazing time and would definitely rent it again.

One of my favorite houses

This house is amazing. I loved everything about it. From the layout to the design and size. It's my favorite STR so far. The kitchen is stunning. There was so much thought put into this home and I loved seeing the family pics throughout the place. Felt like we were staying at a friend's vacation home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for 3 families and more. There are so many games here for entertainment. There's no way any one can be "bored" here that's for sure. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels and bedding. Chad was an awesome host. Very communicative and accommodating. I most definitely will stay here again.
