Located in Prescott, this charming cabin for $189 per night is a great option for your next trip. Check out this stunning renovation! This private property is located on a hill with beautiful views of Prescott's incredible scenery. Just a 5 minute drive to the historic downtown for shopping, dining, and Whiskey Row. Watson Lake is within a 10 minute drive that offers superb hiking, kayaking, and other recreational activities. Prescott's ideal location makes for a great daytrip to other popular Arizona attractions such as Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff, as well as the Grand Canyon. Boulder Cabin offers the perfect backyard for entertaining and includes a six person hot tub, custom built-in fire pit, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating! Front patio includes fantastic mountain views to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen and sleep in one of the two king sized beds. Boulder Cabin also has a queen size bed and an additional roll away twin bed. The indoor fireplace isn’t operable but the outdoor fire pit can be used in accordance with Yavapai County fire restrictions. There is a covered carport at the top of the driveway. (Disclaimer: the driveway is steep and the top is only suitable for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles such as a big SUV or truck can park in the bottom driveway two spots.) The four season weather in Prescott offers something for everyone to enjoy! Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed. Must be at least 25 years old to book.

The Cozy Boulder Cabin was fantastic for our group of 6 ladies. There was plenty of space for relaxing and chatting, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We all agreed that the beds were super comfy! The outdoor spaces looked fantastic although the weather didn't cooperate for us to use them - the hot tub was an added bonus for us to soothe our sore muscles after exploring/hiking the areas from Jerome to Sedona and even up to the Grand Canyon! Very easy and convenient to many locations. We couldn't think of one thing that needs to be improved.

I'm really not exaggerating when I say this was the perfect house for our trip. First, It was absolutely adorable with a great view off the front porch. Second, it had a variety of amenities well-suited to spending the weekend relaxing with my friends - well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, games, and a smart tv! Finally, it was within a couple miles from everywhere we needed to be. ~3 miles from the zoo, .5 miles from a walmart, and 2-3 miles from downtown. The host was also very kind, helpful, and responsive! This was one of the best experiences I've ever had using this website (or any other sites tbh).

This home has everything your looking for: 3 bedrooms 2 baths living space outdoor living space Hot Tub Good area and location Etc. We really enjoyed our stay One word of caution is the driveway, rather steep but there is parking by the street. Our party really enjoyed the stay and would go back!

Boulder Cabin was the perfect week long retreat for my multigenerational family. Grandma loved how well stocked the kitchen was and the cozy first floor bedroom. My son was overjoyed to be able to go to a variety of parks each morning. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch and grilled dinner at night. With easy access to hiking and kayaking at the incredible Watson Lake and hosts who respond quickly to any concern, I will be back again and will be recommending Boulder Cabin to friends and family.

We loved this sweet cabin!! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 teens! It was perfectly decorated with a cabin/modern feel! Kitchen had everything! The backyard was so incredibly inviting and we used it all!! BBQ, twinkle lights, hot tub, ended the night around the fire pit! Perfectly located a few miles from Whiskey Row! Kenneth was so easy and responsive…we can’t wait til our next trip!! This is a must stay!

The Boulder Cabin is awesome! The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, even a crock pot! The outdoor space is lovely and the hot tub is such a nice amenity to enjoy! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again and again!

Wow! Everything about this place was so cozy and comfortable. Living space was beautifully, artfully and authentically decorated with a Prescott, AZ style, or "Preskitt" as the locals say. Easy to operate big screen TV, and board games available. Kitchen could not have been nicer-- functional and beautiful , fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook and eat any meal. We actually used the kitchen daily for all our meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice- enough room and functionality to be comfortable -- soft sheets, pillows and comforter, nice strong shower head, and the vanity makeup mirror is a nice touch. Out back deck was lovely with a large gas grill, fire pit, sitting area, and a super relaxing hot tub. Location was perfect-- two hour drive from the Phoenix airport, two hour drive to the Grand Canyon , about an hour from Jerome, and an hour and some change to Sedona. And, about 10 minutes from the cabin is beautiful Watson Lake Park. Many grocery stores within 5 to 15 minutes away and several restaurants within 5 to 20 minutes away. Overall, Boulder Cabin was a clean, beautiful and relaxing vrbo.

Our entire group of 6 had a wonderful time. The house seems newly remodeled. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable living space and beds, and tasteful decor. Included is a helpful book about house features and recommendations for things to do. Loved the hot tub. The backyard is also well setup for outdoor dining and lounging. It has some cool boulders, too! We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier. This property appears recently remodeled (in 2022?) and just wow. The time, effort and money it must have took... Everything is custom built because the space isn't standard in most places, every detail was thought out. I can't imagine what it took. But we were happy to benefit. This is the perfect jumping off point for anywhere in the region. Hot tub was great, house was perfect. This is one of the nicest places I've ever rented on VRBO (so don't mess it up if you rent it!). If you push me to find a negative, I would say you will have to be very careful if you have small kids in this house. A gentle touch is needed with some of the nicer things in this house. And the stairs are (necessarily) very steep. But the first floor master option is great. Thanks so much for sharing your home! We would not hesitate to rent it again!

Wonderful, well-kept, nicely decorated property! Our trip was family centered so it was great to have home comforts such as washer/dryer, kitchen tools, and coffee makers. We were able to run out for some groceries very close by as well. Beds were ultra comfy and rooms were able to choose individual temp of their liking. Driveway and parking was a little challenging due to steepness and boulders, but I think we just aren’t used to that kind of thing. Overall, I can’t say how wonderful this choice was for our stay. Thank you!

Our whole experience was so lovely. The home is welcoming, curated well and stocked well. The backyard is so peaceful and beautiful and the use of everything is detailed and extremely accessible. The communication was so clear and incredibly kind. A perfect easeful and fun stay.

Home is lovely. Slept wonderfully every night, comfortable and soft bedding. Family enjoyed both front and back decks, wonderful views of lightning storms. Well stocked kitchen, made several meals. Very roomy for five adults. Driveway is very steep as described, little difficult for SUVs, worked out fine. Owner very thorough and easy to communicate with. Will definitely return.
