The location was excellent, Rosa the host was exceptional in her communication, before and throughout. The apartment was very spacious, impeccably clean and had so many little additions, such as shampoo, shower gel, beach chairs and umbrella along with a great variety of kitchen appliances and utensils.
Having to download a smart lock app which didn't work on apartment door but did on main door. This really was only a small issue which Rosa resolved very swiftly and provided keys to access thereafter.

The Terrace is fabulous, can be covered from side and above and catches a lovely evening breeze. You can sit and watch the sea.
The apartment is wonderful, bedrooms and main room have a/c, all utilities fully functional. Lift is standard 4 person. Can fit a wheelchair.
Rosa Maria sent videos of how everything in the apartment worked and was placed.
Nuki locks meant everyone could use their own mobile as the front door and apartment key.
Situation in Old Town was perfect, quiet and neighbourly.
Plenty of restaurants and bars essentially outside the door.
Can't recommend highly enough.
Can't think of anything that was mis-represented. Its a lovely apartment and is exactly as advertised.
