Mooie ruime kamer en schoon.
Gastvrouw van het ontbijt was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Jammer dat we niet zijn ontvangen bij aankomst.

Very comfortable and modern family room which looked to have been recently renovated. Good breakfast service and great to have bicycle storage for bikepacking through Schwarzwald.
The restaurant next to/part of the hotel was also great for an evening meal!
Some confusion in the collection of the keys when arriving late afternoon and difficult to track staff down (first told collect keys from restaurant after 5pm, restaurant then said from hotel, but no one at reception). They were clearly very busy in the restaurant.

Die Lage ist gut und komfortabel. Die Parkplatzsituation etwas nicht so einfach. Das Personal ist freundlich jedoch bestimmt. Das DeLuxe Appartement war etwas klein, also ca. 4 x4 Meter. Das Bad und der kurze Eingangsbereich nicht eingerechnet. Das Bad ist klein, das Duschgel nicht hochklassig. Generell ist es sehr sauber, allerdings wurden die Betten nicht gemacht.
Keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank. Alles etwas sehr eng. Frühstück so lala. Der Frühstücksraum sehr klein. Teilweise mussten die Gäste warten. Die Brötchen wurden aufgebacken. Die Reception ist nicht zwingend besetzt. Es gab auch Probleme mit der Hochschwarzwald Card.
