About this resort
All Dunn up is a Cozy unit with a queen bed, full kitchen, living area, shower, TV, and a balcony with a hot tub, Gas Stove (fireplace). This unit is facing the Big Thompson River, and you have full access to the river, however you will need a fishing license. Free parking available on the property. Located in Drake, but only 5 minutes from Estes Park. Unit is accessible Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best. It may go in and out at times we have a studio that sleeps 2 behind the kozy kove cabin it can be added to your reservation for an additional fee message us for more details

The cabin was clean and equipped as advertised. Having the river right outside the balcony was definitely a plus!
We did not use the hot tub - so cannot review that part.
The mattress was not comfortable and we struggled to keep from rolling to the middle. But we really enjoyed leaving the window open at night to hear the river.
One thing that really bothered us was the water - it had a bad taste. We couldn't drink much of it and even the coffee didn't taste good because of it.
Other than these few things, the cabin was nice.

It is a lot smaller than you would expect. The kitchen was not very clean and there were mystery brown smudges on the bedroom walls. The only perks to staying here in my opinion are the private hot tub and location.
