I had to wait for the room to be cleaned prior to checking in. I asked if I could change room and was told no, they had multiple personnel call off that day. but they would make an effort to get the room ready quickly.
The breakfast left much to be desired. The coffee was nasty testing. Nothing was hot. No yogurts. No juice.
The door had a major draft from outside. Light could be seen down the door and across the floor.
Quick access from the main road in Estes Park.

Nothing it was great - maybe some new pillows lol they are really extremely uncomfortable made my own out of the comforter your neck and head are about 5 ft off the bed but really that’s such a small thing just Angie they could get some new ones spoke to the GM there about it laughingly

The location, the ease of getting in/out, it was quiet, the style/aesthetic
There wasn’t any soap, the trash cans were tiny, they never came to clean our room.

The location is fine
Had to wait over an hour for room to be cleaned. Then didn’t put in toilet paper . Just disappointed pay so much and get so little
