Quiet, clean, great location to downtown area of Estes and RMNP. Beautiful view of the river from balcony. The “Guest Essentials” room was very thoughtful, providing ice or other necessary items.
No air conditioning, which was not a huge deal being that it was cool outside even in late August, early September. There was an extra fan provided in the room, and a ceiling fan.

Of course the location is exceptional. I never actually saw a member of staff but they were responsive and helpful over email/text. The room was comfortable and met every need for the week. Parking wasn't an issue. The guest convenience area was nice when I needed a quick bite and I like the new lock system. Very good experience.
Personal preference thing but every time a hotel TV has old fashioned basic cable (or some variant) I'm disappointed. Would love to have a streaming device attached so I could login to netflix or prime or whatever.
Oh and the check-in instructions didn't say anything about the hot tub, I would have appreciated clarity on times/procedures for using that.

We loved being close to town as well as the park. Three elk greeted us as we arrived.
The room was small. No iron or ironing board. We had 2 rooms. One room did not have air. Both rooms had fans but were very dusty.
