Loved the cute decor and design, both inside and outside, and everything felt very clean overall. I especially liked that the bedding and towels were all white. The cleaning crew was always on-site, which was convenient when I needed extra towels. I also appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and hangers. The lobby had affordable snacks and amenities available, which was a nice touch. Great location super close to town. When we needed help with something we called the customer service phone number and our problem was solved immediately. They were very helpful.
The only thing that didn’t feel completely clean was a slight black buildup starting to form around the small windowsill/handle in the shower, which made me hesitant to touch it. The bed was comfortable but a little too firm for my liking.

The location was great for my needs. Ample parking. Keyless access was very nice.
The A/C unit was ridiculously loud. I woke up every time it kicked on.

I liked the responsiveness of the staff. When I had a problem I texted and they responded promptly. They also acknowledged the problem and refunded some of my money. The bathroom in the room they moved me to was awesome!
The heating element is horrible. Most heating elements turn off when they reach the desired temperature, these heating elements went from blowing hot to blowing cold. I was trying to remember the last time I had to sleep with a hood on my head and I think it was camping when I was a child! The bed frame was squeaky and I could not sit on the edge. Never saw a person just text messaging.
