About this house rental
This peaceful & centrally located house is within 10 minutes drive to wine country and the Promenade Temecula. This clean and cozy Casita is perfect for individuals, couples, friends, or a family of 3. This unit has it's own entrance for your privacy, and an outside eating area. There is a mini fridge, microwave, countertop oven, coffee maker and hot water kettle. The property is less than 70 miles from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, and Sea World!
Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults and a child.
This listing does not host any animals due to HEALTH Concerns. NO PET allowed, that includes but not limited to service animals and/or emotional support animals.
None Smoking rental.
Guest will have access to the backyard & pool/spa year round. (NO PARTIES ALLOWED, the backyard is a SHARED SPACE)

Wednesday is the pool weekly cleaning, pool/spa might not be available until 5pm.
Contact Elizabeth for availability if you need to check in early.
SPA:
There is no charge to heat the hot tub/Jacuzzi for 2 hours at a time/per day in Summer time.
(During Spring/Fall/Winter, no charge for the first hour. Heating is available at $20/hr after the first hour).
Please note that it takes 45 to 50 minutes for the spa to get to a decent temperature before getting in.
POOL:
Year round, Pool heating is available at $20/hr. This is our cost for the propane. Pool heats about 1 degree per hour, please let Elizabeth know 24 hours ahead of time if you want the pool heated because it cannot be heated immediately. If you want to know the pool temperature, please contact Elizabeth.

What a cute casita!! It was very clean, very private!! Has all the immenities you could need for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable!! Elizabeth, the host, couldn't have been accommodating and gracious!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Nice little space in a quiet neighborhood. Plus all the amenities were a great addition as well. Exterior cameras were a little too much for my comfort but I also do understand protecting your investment as well. Look forward to staying here again in the future

The casita is as described. Pros: parking is easy, right in front of the house. The neighborhood seems safe and is quiet. The casita is clean. There are two good fans and an air purifier and a small wall air conditioner that kind of cools. The shower works well. Cons: there is a drip coffee maker and filters but no ground coffee and the pod coffee maker only had two regular coffee pods and two mint (?). There were only 2 packets of regular sugar for the coffee, but lots of low calorie sweetener. There is a hot and cool water dispenser, but the hot water isn’t really hot enough for tea and there is no tea or kettle. (Apparently, morning beverages are more important to me than I thought!). I don’t think any of the windows in the casita can be opened. For me, neither the bed nor the settee were very comfortable, but that’s definitely personal preference.Obviously, none of these issues are deal breakers, especially if you know to bring your own coffee, tea and creamer, etc.Overall, I would say the experience was good, not great, but the price was fair.

Great stay, it was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, it's about a 30minute drive from the main city but way more affordable than any hotels in Temecula. It comes with all the amenities that you would need to be comfortable including filtered water, microwave and utensils, coffee and creamer, hair dryer, extra pillows and blankets, a seating area for computer work and to eat. I don't think people usually comment on this, but the towels and soap were super high quality! Easy street parking.
My only issue was finding the place as you essentially walk towards the front door of the home then turnaround to see the casita. From the photos, I thought it was located in a backyard. Otherwise, it was easy to figure out. Easy check in and check out.
Elizabeth is the host and she was very attentive and communicative for any issues or questions. I highly recommend this place.
