The laundry room, all the supplies were there and it was so bright! The location, right in front of Tokyo station!!!! The staff was also very nice! We loved the happy hour snacks. The design is very kid friendly!
More small chairs or stools in the room so we could sit and eat. Even something stackable that didn’t take up much room would have been great.

The children’s play space was excellent. Clean, close to toilet facilities, and lots of snacks ready and nearby when they need a break. The seating available in the movie theatre area was so convenient after we bought breakfast each morning. There was lots of umbrellas ready to borrow to help with rain, and having the train station entrance right at the front was handy. Thanks for a great stay.
The lobby staff were friendly when we needed help but I wouldn’t say approachable.

The Japanese version toilet bowl & room is spacious.
Surprised that there isn't a wardrobe.
No breakfast was provided despite paying SGD225 per night which is considered very expensive for a hotel with not many facilities.
