Von der Terrasse der Dachwohnung im 6. 0g hat mein einen schönen Blick über die Dächer Wiens. Grosse und helle Räume. Küche gut ausgestattet.
Da wäre so viel Platz für eine Waschmaschine - bei einem Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen ein Vorteil.

It was a pretty convenient place to stay at from Vienna train station. Multicultural area - Many Turkish, Arab run shops and kebab shops around.
Convenient to groceries -Billa walking distance. And nearby the famous ice cream cafe few stops by tram 🙂
The beds were very comfortable and lovely to have a good night sleep and rest in. Loved it. Decor in bedroom was Ikea style mix and match.
The inner room at the corner had a ensuite bathroom - which was a nice to have. Only 1 simple toilet right near the main entrance to share.
Quite well stocked kitchen with utensils and cutleries to cook meals for family.
It had aircon to cool the unit down during the summer. No fans.
The kitchen was pretty small.
The aircon mentioned is 1 x 5000btu unit at the entrance to cool the whole unit down. Does not really reach the last Seperate room inside the unit.
Thankfully it was not that humid during our stay - 27-36c.
We had issue with cold water with the whole block on 2nd night but it was managed and handled by the Ops person the next morning.
Could have some complimentary tea and coffee. But it had coffee filters so buy your own coffee and tea if you’d like to have some during your stay.
The lift button at the 1st floor unit was faulty after 2 days - so we had use the 2nd floor lift to take us up.
Also the lift entrance to the unit was at the back of the flat, right at the garbage area w the dumps when u walk in - not really inviting unless it was well positioned away from the lift area.
The view was balcony views. No street views - so u see others sitting in their balconies too. 😅 not so private.
We did like the balcony but the light was not working so you can stay and enjoy the evening/night outside. There were dead plant potters at the balcony that was left as it was. That was disappointing.

Gute Verkehrsanbindung, mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn war man schnell im Zentrum, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, an sich hat die Wohnung einen schönen Schnitt und ist mit ihren 2 Ebenen auch groß und hell. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit könnte sie echt schön und gemütlich sein. Klimaanlage war gut. Betten waren auch bequem.
Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt und war nicht sehr sauber. Die Wohnung müsste instand gesetzt werden und benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Es war nur das Nötigste an Ausstattung vorhanden. In der Küche waren Ameisen. Die Dachterrasse wäre eigentlich sehr schön, wenn die Möbel und die Streben nicht kaputt wären. Es gibt so einige Löcher in den Wänden, Abdeckungen für die Stromverteiler fehlten. Die Türen haben gequietscht. Das Türschloss ist sehr abgenutzt und lässt sich schwer öffnen. Der Hausflur ist sehr dreckig und es stinkt. Anscheinend befindet sich unter den Schlafzimmern eine Lüftung von einem Bad, sodass es gestunken hat und man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte.
