Great location and value for money

The pool was amazing (however too many people). Location excellent right near mrt and klcc. Value for money for 9 people . Staff very helpful and convenient when message on WhatsApp

The lighting in apartment 26.02 was too bright and not nice need softer lighting. Not enough cutlery and plates for 9 persons which is total of our guests . No tea towel provided . Power kept tripping. Ask for 3 cards as 3 families but only provided with 2 cards . Need extra towel for pool .

Make sure you ask them to clean the apartment before you confirm your booking !

The size and the pool

It was so dirty, the sheets haven’t been clean, the bathroom has yellow stains all over, watermarks in the kitchen. Got in touch with the building manager who sent someone to clean it but even then , they only changed the duvet cover in One room and not the actual sheets so we had to choose the “cleanest” room we could find within the apartment, gave it a proper clean. Disappointing as we expected more.

Convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced

spacious, comfortable bed and bed linen, quiet from the street. comfortable furniture. fast internet Soap and shampoo provided. easy self-check in. good instructions. easy to get a Grab. Nearby MRT station. walking distance KLCC and Bukit Bintang (1km ish) Didn't use the pool and the other facilities. looked good though. Price was heavily discounted. otherwise overpriced.

kitchen not really equipped for cooking. more like an aliby setup. one pot, one huge wok. no cutting board, cooking utensils, 3/4 plates, cups etc. no towel for the dishes. a bit noisy from the entrance area / lift lobby. was able to hear steps during day and night. not disturbing for me, but might irritate some.

Шикарный вид на башни Петронас с крыши здания, где находится бассейн. Очень недалеко от центра. Просторные современные апартаменты. Было чисто.

Плохая шумоизоляция: ночью на улице меняли асфальт - было хорошо слышно на пятнадцатом этаже как работает техника. Соседи шумели - также было плохо спать. Очень мало принадлежностей: не было полотенец для рук, для ног, для кухни. Мало вилок, ложек и другой посуды. Горячая вода была только в первый день, в остальное время она была довольно прохладная.

7 nights - worth every cent

Relatively new facilities so it was habitable, spacious and comfortable!

1. Was informed early check in not possible morning 23/11 but we booked airport transfer prior arrival to KL so arrived at Eaton Residences too early (but key cards were provided in mailbox so we waited at sky lounge for 1.5 hours) 2. Floor was sticky when we entered the apartment (it would be nice if sweeper/mop were provided) 3. The hot water in master bedroom doesn’t work 🥶 4. Swimming pool is too cold even in the afternoon 🥶

Excelente el departamento y el edificio en general! Hermoso y preciosas vistas! Super limpio y cómodo. El personal muy amable y resolutivo. Ultra recomendable

Le faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina, fue difícil cocinar alli. Pero supongo que la gente no se cocina tanto.

Edificio bonito, habitacion y comunicacion mejorable.

Bastante céntrico, la piscina espectacular, buen precio.

Cuidado, la habitacion para 4 tiene una cama doble y un colchon muuuy fino en el suelo que no era nada comodo. Encontramos restos de comida y que el baño etsaba sucio, las toallas olian a humedo. Comuniqué que estaba sucio el baño me dijeron que vendrian a limpiarlo pero no vinieron...

Spacious and stylish apartment and a great KL base.

Spacious and clean apartment. Easy 10min walk to major areas. Stunning views from the often busy rooftop pool.

Property offers a washing machine but no drying racks. A mid week towel change for our 7 night stay would have been welcomed.

Amazing view, low customer service

Rooftop Pool, the views from the room and the price was really good regarding the view and tje roof top pool

there was no drinking water available in the whole building (not even provided in the room or the gym), the bathroom didn‘t look like it was properly cleaned when we arrived we booked two different rooms because we decided to extend or stay therefore the check-out/check-in procedure was quite complicated and some of the security staff was really unfriendly - on top there is no reception or responsible person to communicate with (staff did not really know how to help us/communication was difficult) we would have expected more customer service because of the high star rating of the hotel

Very bad team handling the unit no response for 4 nights no wifi called many time they just respond with “ wait a moment and will get back to you” induction hood not working, shower mixer is broken no towels… i came to your unit to relax me and my family but unfortunately i tried my best to stay out of the aprtment because of the above issues and the just spent 550 USD for nothing

We loved our stay here. Key collection and check-in were straight-forward, everything easy. The kids loved the pool. I loved the apartment: clean, spacious, host was attentive in preparing the details like an extra futon for the kids right in front of the TV. The TV is internet TV so that was a pleasant bonus cuz the kids could watch what they wanted.

Nothing, I wish we could've stayed longer here!

So-so

The overall experience is so-so and does not match the price. First, there are no disposable washing tools and no daily cleaning; Secondly, I stayed for three days, two days without hot water, but later the merchant gave me compensation, 70RM, which is just a drop in the bucket; General geographical location, no supermarket nearby, travel all grab; Except for the infinity pool on the 51st floor, there is no amazing place, and the price is not good.

Daily cleaning, disposable washing tools, check every machine, lower the price.
