We had an amazing stay at Moonway Suites! The apartment was beautiful, incredibly spacious, and had an absolutely stunning view of the Petronas Towers. It was very clean, comfortable, and we received clear guidance on how to use all the facilities, which was really convenient.
The only small downside was that, as these are apartments without a traditional reception, it wasn’t always clear who to contact if we needed anything. We also weren’t sure how the cleaning service worked, as nobody came to clean our room during our four-night stay.

Good size 2 bedroom apartment in a great location with nice views over golf course. Great rooftop swimming pool and Charr restaurant is superb.
Kitchen/dining facilities very limited, not even salt & pepper. Lot of traffic noise at night. No towels, water or cleaning wipes in the gym.

Great location, within walking distance of the city centre. A really spacious a well equipped apartment, the AC was particularly good. Facilities in the building were good, had access to the pool etc. Our host was helpful and responded to any questions we had.

The bedding.…very poor
Bottom sheet was way too small for the deep mattress. Kept untucking, so you were actually sleeping directly on the mattress.…With a bunched up sheet next to you. Not good.
‘Quilt’ was like a short thin, see through sheet. It was paper thin and only came up to chest level. Did not fully fit bed at the sides, no overhang to allow turn over in bed, so your body was repeatedly exposed overnight.
Bed was firm but comfortable.
Real shame about the poor quality bedding. Made sleeping very uncomfortable overall.
