Great location, great views (from the rooms, gym and pool, absolutely fantastic customer service, spacious interior
If you take a closer look around the room you can notice certain imperfections - moisture collecting in the bathroom corners, silicone caulk applied without attention to detail etc.
The rooms are great and spacious but such details strip away the potential “cherry on top” impression
But as I said it’s just an unimportant detail noticeable by few, otherwise the hotel is great :)

The room was spacious, with everything we could need and the swimming pool was amazing.

For the price, it's only worth it for the beautiful pool with a view of the Petronas Towers. The room was dirty, full of hair, and apparently nothing had been changed, very disgusting. The bathroom was filthy and there was even a used toothbrush in the sink. Dust everywhere, really disgusting. Plus, the bed had a hole, terrible quality. Worst place I've ever stayed.
