Located in Arvada, this attractive house for $144 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Completely renovated in 2022, you will feel right at home in this spacious 1300sqft unit that offers two bedrooms and an additional private area with a bunkbed (full on bottom, twin on top). Perfect for families with children, coworkers on a work trip, or a friends in town for a concert, sporting event, or to explore all of the natural wonders Colorado has to offer! When you enter this spacious guest unit you will love the brand new kitchenette, super comfy lounging area with a 70” smart TV, plush carpeting, dedicated work space, and even home workout equipment! There are two queen bedrooms and a bunk room (full bed on the bottom, twin bed on top) that is able to be closed off by a room divider for complete privacy. The space comfortably sleeps 6 and could sleep 7 if two people sleep in the full sized bed. In the living area you will find a cozy tv room with a comfy sectional, 70” smart TV, cards, and board games. Upstairs there is a dining area that seats 6, a remote work space with office supplies, and a brand new kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a new refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave, 2 hot plates, a toaster oven that also functions as an air fryer, pots and pans, coffee maker with all the coffee fixings, electric hot water heater with a wide variety of teas to choose from, along with cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper so you don’t have to buy your own. Note there is not oven, but it has everything else you will need! Also upstairs is a full bathroom stocked with fresh towels and plenty of essentials in case you forgot you own. We have spare toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, feminine products, toiletries, a hair dryer, curling iron and more. There is also home workout equipment which includes two yoga mats, a doorway pull-up bar, a resistance band, and PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells (24lbs/11kg each). Location: You can’t find a more convenient location. Located 1 mile from I-70, you’ll be in the mountains in as little as an hour, and downtown Denver is only 15 minutes away. Olde Town Arvada is 8 minutes away where you’ll find a lovely, walkable downtown with superb restaurants, boutique shops, and historic buildings. Regis University is only 8 minutes away. The guesthouse is only 1/4 mile from a supermarket, Starbucks, liquor store, gas station, and several restaurants. The Denver light rail is 1/2 mile away if you are coming from the airport or downtown and don’t have a car. If you do have a car, there is one off-street parking space and unlimited free street parking. The neighborhood is extremely safe and walkable. There is a park 2 blocks away for a lovely evening stroll along with a playground for the little ones to play on. Other details to note: Since my fiance and I live in the upper level, you may hear us above you from time to time but we make every effort to walk lightly and make minimal noise so as not to disturb guests in the lower level.

Mother came over from England for 2 weeks. Comfortable and convenient accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time and had everything we needed. Olivia was helpful and responsive.

Olivia has a great setup here for families or other large groups to stay on a budget! We were so comfortable and my children didn't want to leave! Communication with the hosts was great. Olivia responded right away to all my inquiries! We would definitely stay here again in future.

We really enjoyed our stay, the layout was nice and accommodating, not to mention being literally 5-10 minutes away from many places we were able to venture to while staying. Entry to the Vrbo was nice, considering the fact the entrance is in the back. There is a nice driveway slat and sidewalk that lead around to the door, which we found really helpful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house, and we also left a few things behind for the next guests! A few downfalls I would mention, there was some animal hair and lots of crumbs left in the couch, the couch needs a really good cleaning (inside and underneath) and the bedroom beds were extremely hard, so if you have a bad back, you may want to consider sleeping on the bunks or the couch. It also would have been nice to have some sort of chairs or seating area outside. Overall I would recommend this property and we really enjoyed our stay.

For anyone looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood that is practically the center point for a majority of fun activities in Colorado, this is the place to go! The property managers do an excellent job at welcoming you to Colorado, providing more than adequate information with all the fun activities available in Colorado! The rental itself is very pristine and a great hangout spot for your family and friends. Would definitely recommend and revisit in the future!

This is the cleanest Vrbo or anywhere, that I have stayed at! Top notch amenities, and even when I asked to borrow three lawn chairs for tailgating at Red Rock Amphitheater, Olivia was right on it and said YES! The actual home is centrally located for many day adventures, we were able to visit Olde Town Arvada, Golden, Georgetown, Morrison, Evergreen and drive the Lariat Loop, all before each nights concert that we attended! So GREAT location! The hosts were so quiet, you barely even knew that they were upstairs. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely come back here!

This property was very clean and nice. The owners were great with communication. They even had a plate of yummy cookies out when we arrived and they had coffee ready to be made which is a nice feature. Another bonus was white towels and wash cloths!!
