Propre, climatisé, cuisine bien équipée, proche du centre ville de St jean de Luz
La route juste devant est vraiment très très passante l’été, du matin au soir + nuit.

The accommodation is an easy 15-20 min walk from downtown Saint Jean de Luz (or just 2 stops on the bus which has a stop right outside the accomodation). There is a convenience store, bakery and pizza shop nearby so these were really useful. As we also wanted to explore Bayonne, Biarritz and Bidart, the location was perfect. Possibly if you just wanted to explore Saint Jean de Luz you may want to be closer to the town. One of the best experiences was to meet Inaki and his family, enjoy an evening drink and to watch the locals play Basque Pelota. Inaki was so willing to share his local knowledge and provide us with lots of information. I am surprised that other reviews mentioned road noise - our apartment was on the street front and the traffic noise is minimal and never disrupted us.
The apartment had everything we needed. If you have mobility issues, the stairs could be an issue but we were fine with them

L'hôte est très disponible, sympathique et il connaît très bien sa région. L'emplacement permet de se rendre en quelques minutes en voiture à St Jean de Luz, 40 mn de San Sebastian, à 15-20 minutes de Biarritz. Le parking est gratuit mais sans place attribuée. Nous avons pu agréablement profiter du pays Basque.
Le logement est au-dessus d'une route très fréquentée (août 26). Toutefois le logement est bien insonorisé et climatisé ce qui permet de limiter le bruit.
