Localização, dimensões e piscina. Proximidade a Peniche, Caldas, Óbidos e Lisboa.
Precisa de manutenção. Uma pena uma casa tão boa e aparentemente de renovada recentemente, estar tão mal cuidada. WC’s muito mal cuidados, canalização má, esgoto inclusive (cheiro a fossa constante a vir do wc maior).
Suite impossível de lá dormir com o excesso de humidade.
Terraço muito bonito, mas equipamento todo velho e danificado: espreguiçadeiras abandam, cadeirões rotos, guarda sol corroído da ferrugem…
Sugestão: arranjem WC’s, resolvam humidade da suite e troquem mobília do terraço e terão a melhor casa da região

Fantastic location, big apt with loads of space. Felt it was a tad musty but it's only June. Facilities in apt are class.

Superbe et très vaste logement conçu pour 6 personnes (1 suite parentale et 2 chambres). Malheureusement la météo n'a pas été avec nous pour pouvoir exploiter la terrasse.
Le logement est à quelques mètres de la plage le long d'une route pas trop passante.
Le débit d'eau a rendu impossible l'utilisation simultanée des deux douches. D'autre part, le logement était particulièrement humide avec de la condensation sur toutes les fenêtres au réveil (météo peu favorable: 15-21°C et beaucoup de pluie)

Lage perfekt, großartige Aussicht von der Dachterrasse , geräumige Zimmer, auch Strandtücher vorhanden
Ein Teil des Appartements hatte massiven Schimmelbefall, ein Schlafzimmer hatte deshalb ein Entfeuchtungsgerät und war unbenutzbar, auch d das danebenliegende Bad war schimmelig und die Dusche schimmelte an den Rändern. Der Geschirrspüler musste repariert werden und war innen auch schimmelig.
